Doing a renovation of my 900 sq ft apartment. called Charles hero/Sample plumbing. they failed to show up the first day to assess. on the 2nd day Gary the plumber was questioning me that this was a big job...and told me it was gonna cost me a lot of money. As if I were not able to afford the service. Mind you it's is a renovation of apartment and I wanted to move the kitchen sink a bit to the right. replace valves to washer dry hook-up and assure shower plumbing will not leak. He seemed as if he did not want to do the work/job. he said he would get back with me after he left. no calls back after 3 days...so I called the office and said I agreed and requested a day for the work to be done.....another 3 days past. and no scheduling for the work to be done...I called again and followed the directions for a date on there website. and still I am not assigned a date... I called the office again and the woman said she would have gary call me... and yet no call. I choose to call another business and the work was completed in one day....

I had a pvc pipe crack in the gest bathroom & flooded half of my house. I called True Plummers for a ASAP job, they had Kent at my door in no time to get the job done! He was very informative & professional! He had me back up & running within the hour! Thank you Kent! I had one of the worst experiences with this company. I originally scheduled my hot water tank to be replaced at 10 o’clock in the morning. The plumbers never showed up until 4 clock in the evening. I had to constantly be on their case as to when they were going to show up. The services provided only took two hours. However they charge me for the additional 45 minutes that they sat in their van smoking cigarettes while they flicked them into my driveway. The excuse was that they had to call the office in order to get the total and my bill. The company charged me $430 for two hours worth of work plus the additional 45 minutes it took to acquire the total while they waited in their van . The two individuals that came to my house could not provide me any information whatsoever as to how they concluded the total of my bill . After a long debate as to how I was going to be charged without seeing a receipt or a quote I was tired and went to pay them. Once they noticed I was going to pay in cash suddenly they reduce the price from $430 down to 400 without any sort of explanation. I then asked the plumbers how much do they charge per hour? The plumbers were not able to respond with an actual answer of anyway. I then asked how much and supplies were needed in order for the repair? They again could not give me any sort of answer. The only thing they could tell me was that the total was $430. They said I would receive a text message receipt within the day as to what my itemized receipt would look like. I felt very uncomfortable about the whole situation and feel as though I got screwed over in my deal. I felt as though they made the total after they showed up and saw who I was and what my home looked like. I later called the company has a cold caller asking about how much it would cost Per hour for their services after a short pause (While he scramble to look up my number) he finally responded to we charge $150 per hour. Still the total amount of hours and supplies cost did not equal the original $430 I was charged. Once the owner had realized who I was and how much he charged me he offered to pay me back $50 to make me a satisfied customer . However it is been almost a full week and I have yet to see not only my receipt but also the $50 you promised me back. These people are crooks do not ask for their service do not give them a call. Angie’s list someone else.

Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

My Grandma had a backed up sewer line on Friday afternoon. She was a mess, carpets were wet, water everywhere. We called 6 other plumbers, big names too, some didn't answer, others were not able to come until Saturday afternoon. Drain Flo was number 7 on the list, was greeted with a very friendly woman on the phone who apologized for the horrible situation . I told her what was happening and she said she could have someone here within the hour. Dwayne arrived shortly after, very nice guy, immediately knew what was wrong and explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Up he went on to the roof, a few minutes later all water levels went down. He came in and checked that everything was flowing as it should and gave a 30 day no question warranty. Dwayne was very nice to my Grandma and set her mind at ease. Can't thank Dwayne and Drainflo enough. You guys are great!!

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Tom at Cyclone plumbing has done quite a bit of work for my wife and I. They do some really quality work and have affordable pricing. We have had them do everything from unclogging a pipe to working with us on a bathroom renovation. We have been incredibly happy with all the work and I would definitely recommend them.
