They came in the middle of the night to provide a critical service and at the same time suggested necessary and critical services that we did not even realize we're available to us on the spot. They offered an affordable and high-quality option to clean up a mess that was caused by other plumbers at an earlier time. They set our minds at ease and began working diligently towards solving our issue... All at a time of night that most companies wouldn't dream of working. we are still neck-deep in our cleanup but my wife and I feel confident that true plumbers will be able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and without causing us unnecessary inconvenience. We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night on a Friday, and after calling nearly 20 other plumbers, I found Drain Flo. One phone call was all it took at nearly 1:30am for Dwayne came to our house. When he got here, he immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and working out a fix.

The fix he proposed wasn’t an easy one. It required him to be uncomfortable and work in a tightly-cramped area (how our house was constructed made the repair nearly inaccessible).

Instead of going with an expensive fix that required the removal and reinstallation of our water heater, Dwayne chose a repair that was less expensive and more physically demanding on him in order to help stay within my family’s budget.

That’s the kind of man he is. Dwayne didn’t have to work out a creative and cost-effective solution for our family, but he did it because he’s a good man and runs his business in the most honest way you might imagine.

I cannot speak highly enough of his service, demeanor, professionalism, work quality, and- most importantly for me- his moral compass.

Dwayne has found himself a new customer and an evangelist for his business. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Tom at Cyclone plumbing has done quite a bit of work for my wife and I. They do some really quality work and have affordable pricing. We have had them do everything from unclogging a pipe to working with us on a bathroom renovation. We have been incredibly happy with all the work and I would definitely recommend them.

For about 2 weeks I had this daily on and off sewer smell in my kitchen. The area under the sink was dry so I wasn't sure what could be the issue. Finally, I was referred to Llona Plumbing. After describing the issue, they sent a technician who was able to determine that my (1952 home) galvanized air vent was cracked after after a thorough inspection. They replaced my 68 year old pipe with a new PVC one with straight and clean drywall cutouts in the bathroom, so I could replace the drywall with straight cuts. They went right to work and were done in a very timely manner. It's been 5 days since the repair, and no more smell in the house. Since my original air vent was tarred into the roof, I was recommended to contact a roofer (I have a personal one) to replace the flashing/boot located in the area. My roofer came by the next day and repaired the area affected in less than an hour. They were very informative and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you very much!
