Tony was responsive and solution oriented. I had an annoying situation with two Moen bathroom faucets where Moen sent me replacement cartridges that were not the right parts. Tony uninstalled the existing faucets, patiently re-greased, re-installed, and repaired them, as well as giving me guidance on how I needed to interact with Moen in the event these faucet parts falter again. I highly recommend Tony, and will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

I truly enjoyed the service. The gentle man that came an looked at our A/C not only encouraged me to come and see his work, but also taught me a thing or two that way if it comes down to it I can diagnose the problem a little better. Frank is truly a nice guy to have work on your A/C.

Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

This is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Their prices are high and they do NOT return calls promptly. It's bad enough when you have to call a plumber, but this level of humiliation is unreal. I would definitely stay far away from this company.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Very professional. I had a stoppage in the kitchen sink and took me a while to find a reliable plumber on the internet. I looked up a few places and noticed that Llona Plumbing had several GOOD reviews for which I decided to call them. They definitively lived up to my expectations. It took 1 minute for the plumber to figure out what was wrong with my sink: it wasnt a stoppage in the pipes but a problem with the garbage disposal which had accumulated oxide in it. It probably took him 30 minutes to fix the problem and he cleaned after his work. Some things I say on this review may sound obvious and expected from a plumber, but you would be surprised what bad reviews from other companies say. This is the first home my wife and I bought. We like our Tampa Heights community and certainly are thankful for professional people like Llona Plumbing who make our first-time homeowners experience a little less stressful. Definitively recommended

Jon came out and replaced some DIY plumbing in the attic. The company is very professional. Generally plumbing is too expensive (2 hr job cost as much as my Dentist charges for a crown) but I knew the price before they started and I have peace of mind that it is done correctly. MVP was subcontracted to do my whole house repiping. Chris and his team are very professional and gets the job done and works quickly. They repiped from the meter up through attic and down into lines throughout the house. They got this done in 2 days. Got it ready for county inspection, any issues that arose Chris just handled it quickly and professionally. Probably one of the best face to face companies I have ever worked with. Having a home cut open especially a just bought and redone home is unnerving to say the least they made it less stressful and never made me uncomfortable being here all day in my personal space and was friendly to my old dog.
I would 5 stars recommend or use them for future plumbing on other properties.
