Would HIGHLY recommend Larson plumbing. Replaced a kitchen sink and Reverse Osmosis system and new faucets needed to be installed. Louis and Alberto came and I was highly impressed with every aspect of their work. It started with how polite they were when they arrived. They asked questions and explained every bit of the process, and always asked to make sure what they were doing wasn’t inconvenient (loud, smelly, no water, etc). They had a wonderful attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect, no leaks, and that everything worked before leaving. They cleaned up and left it better than when they arrived. Lastly, and most impressively, they asked if I was happy, if I had any concerns, and they showed me how to turn off the system if need be. Never felt rushed, they took the time to do a quality job. They were absolutely wonderful.

I was shocked how bad my septic was.i was very pleased with the service.. he worked hard and explained what was happening with my tank.

They were recommended by a friend and she was right, they were great. Straight to work, fixed my plugged drain that was disgusting! No fuss, no mess, easy to schedule and very reasonable. Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

This guy and his crews are available all the time and will always be there to help with emergency issues no matter what time or day it is. I have a 50 year old house with original plumbing. We moved in 17 years ago and have never changed plumbing companies. They have always given me same day service if not same hour service when possible, diagnosed what they thought the problem would be giving me a cost up front and going above and beyond in extra services when they underestimated to ensure that the job was done at no extra charge to me. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and after all these years it is like calling a friend in your time of need knowing that they will be there for you.

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

You cannot go wrong with this team. Jarrett and Cole came promptly to install our new garbage disposal, sink, and faucet. They also incidentally found a leak in one of our main pipes, leading out of the house. They stayed late to repair and install everything 100% to our satisfaction. Cole cleaned every surface before packing up and heading out:)

Tampa Plumbing Company provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. We had a significant leak in our kitchen and our tech David (who remembered us from prior service) showed up promptly and quickly fixed the leak. Great guy!
