Best New Plumbing in Tampa FL

Doing a renovation of my 900 sq ft apartment. called Charles hero/Sample plumbing. they failed to show up the first day to assess. on the 2nd day Gary the plumber was questioning me that this was a big job...and told me it was gonna cost me a lot of money. As if I were not able to afford the service. Mind you it's is a renovation of apartment and I wanted to move the kitchen sink a bit to the right. replace valves to washer dry hook-up and assure shower plumbing will not leak. He seemed as if he did not want to do the work/job. he said he would get back with me after he left. no calls back after 3 days...so I called the office and said I agreed and requested a day for the work to be done.....another 3 days past. and no scheduling for the work to be done...I called again and followed the directions for a date on there website. and still I am not assigned a date... I called the office again and the woman said she would have gary call me... and yet no call. I choose to call another business and the work was completed in one day....

Needed some outlets installed in my backroom and our technician Minh Tran and his partner did a fantastic job. They also went above and beyond and took care of a small problem they found. They were very polite and professional and understood my concerns.

Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

Unfortunately I have to give this business a 1 star review for being shady and manipulative with an invoice. I was given a price for a job with a cap amount of $400.00. When the bill came back over they refused to remove the difference. Way too much to install a faucet anyway. Highly regret using this company at all.

This is my very first Google review, but the customer service I received from Ricky was wonderful. I felt I needed to leave a review. I had a small plumbing issue with my kitchen sink, and he showed up the same day I called. He was educational in explaining what had happened and what was causing the leak. He arrived in a timely manner, has a great personality, and does great work! If I need a plumber again, I will be calling his company again!
