Best New Home Plumbing in Tampa FL

Needed a new water heater. Neighbor recommend Charles Hero Plumbing. Called and spoke with Linda at their office. She couldn't be nicer. Kent the owner got on the phone to guide me through determining what type of water heater was best. He even offered to and did come out to the home to see what I had and make sure what we planned on installing would fit in the space. I also asked him to take a look at some problem faucets in the home which he did without hesitation or charge (some companies charge a diagnostic fee). This all took place on Monday. It is now Friday and my new water heater is installed, permits were pulled and closed out and I am back up and running. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Two staff plumbers plus Kent the owner all showed up to do the job. They were in and out in 1:30 minutes and left the place spotless. To top if off they were the cheapest ($912.30 installed for a 50 gallon tall electric water heater). So to sum it up, they were the cheapest yet provided the best customer service and were extremely efficient from start to finish. They are long-time local plumbing company, not a sales company that does plumbing services which seems to be the new business model. They charge by the hour on most work not by the job so you don't get overcharged for simple repairs like faucets and toilets. After vetting out four other plumbers (think pink, red, gray, and a big orange box store), I am happy to say that I have found a go to plumber going forward in Charles Hero plumbing. Thanks for the excellent work and old school customer service.

My AC stopped working (again) on 5/8/2023 called to have it checked. Was able to get tech out next afternoon, after looking at it determined it had lost all Freon had a hole in line. Well it was repaired and back up to cooling on 5/9/2023. Now on 5/10/2023 I am right back to where I have been for the past 5 years, this system still does not work correct whenever the temps are above 80. I am frustrated and done with these folks. Had several techs over the years, even spoke to a so-called supervisor, and manager NOBODY can give me an answer as to why. I spent enough money DONE!!!!!! Example: here it is now 9:50 PM I got home from work at 7 PM system was running temp set at 74 thermostat reading indoor temp 76 it is now at 74 but still has not kicked off. WHY WHY WHY. Oh thats right you don't know. Well it's time to find someone who does.

Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

New A/C unit installed today. Both technicians are pros. Job done with great pride and professionalism.

Super nice, professional plumber. We were told by multiple plumbers that we needed our water heater replaced. Drain Flo's estimate was the lowest. My wife picked them, not because of that, but because they were the friendliest, and just seemed like good people.

Their work was clean and efficient. Honestly, I couldn't believe how quietly they worked. I was watching the Rays in the World Series, and they were installing the heater in a connected room. I hardly knew they were there! And they followed up quickly when we had a minor issue after installation.

We're keeping Drain Flo's number for the next time we need a plumber.

Heads Down the best plumbing company in Tampa. Tim is hands down the nicest plumbing guy a know that actually cares about its customers. Lol try calling some of these other companies Good luck finding a great person with great service.

My neighbor recently used Bay area plumbing and was very pleased. I needed a shower Head and filter installed and couldn't get the old showhead off so I called bay area plumbers and George and Timmy showed up on time , very professional and absolutely knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

No one likes having to call the plumber, but The Clean Plumbers are always professional, courteous & on time. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed that I was charged 166 bucks for them to cut a huge hole in my wall and to tell me what they think the problem was, no repairs were done. Had someone else come the very next day and find the leak that you guys missed in the same exact area. Now I have to not only pay the person who actually found and repaired the leak but also pay a separate person to fix the wall. The website emphasizes their affordability and customer service but the lady I spoke with about my experience had a nasty attitude and lacked compassion and empathy. Didn't let me speak to the manager and said she would have someone call me back after cutting me off several times and being extremely dismissive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.
