Mark worked 16 hours and then got my call for a leaking toilet; he was efficient and neat, but most of all he was kind to me. I was devastated by the water leak. What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

Plumbers were already out of service window when I first called in because they were late. Then an hour later I call again and they said they got into accident after I called first time.

I SPECIFICALLY called in about the water line to the ice maker in fridge having no pressure. I also mention that there is little pressure in toilet refill.

They then charge $89 for service, and the only work they did was replace valves in two toilets (that they told me they replaced the first one and then tell me that I had to pay $155 for that.

Despite my chief and only complaint when I called dispatch being that the ice maker not getting enough water pressure, they told me when they confirmed that it was in fact not getting enough pressure due to a previous home owner having done a smaller line from sink, they refused to do it today. They want to charge $45 for a second visit+ repair fee to install a new line.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Highly recommend.

Relocating washer and dryer- Did not complete initial service. Did not install the dryer vent, then they said it wasn’t part of the job. Refused to complete the job. Poor workmanship with the work they did. We are very unsatisfied.

By far the best plumbing service. You can feel safe with them that they'll get the job done and done right.
