Best Leaking Faucets in Tampa FL

WARNING! This is a big scam! They gave us a bill for $455 for replacing a part in a faucet regulator. The labor cost was $270: 1 hour for work and 1 hour for travel. They were actually working for 30 min, the travel from the last destination per their GPS was - 45 min. In three phone conversations the office not even once mentioned the policy of travel charge, nor the hourly labor cost. Seeing the other people complaining about no communication of the policy and pricing, I consider it as a scam. They are well aware of their wrong doing and they continue to do so.

Wow …. Great service by Kenny & Kyle who replaced by old hot water heater on 2/17/23, and put my refrig, wet bar & ice maker all on the same filtered water system. Great job!! ! Many thanks!!!

The people I interacted with were professional and knowledgeable. The communication was great. I had a time sensitive issue with a very picky insurance company. Chris Reid- the plumbing technician was very responsive to me and accommodating with what the insurance on their specific requests. He also did some light plumbing work to make sure what I had on my water heater was up to code. Megan in the office returned my calls and was very helpful with my situation! I highly recommend Premium Plumbing!

Richard was super professional an incredibly fast. I had flooding due to a toilet valve on a Saturday and he referred me to an amazing restoration company and by evening he was back and all my house was under control with 4 new toilet commercial grade parts that hr replaced. I would do 6 stars if I could.

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and handed us a bill. They were at our house for a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I’m very disappointed we were not told the costs up front before work was done. Then one of the items burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn’t be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the issue in the meantime since we have kids at home and needed water. The owner was then not willing to credit anything on the bill for the time, effort, or headache this caused. Just a minimal credit would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this company.

I must express my complete satisfaction of the excellent job that Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs did in my house. When I was petrified looking for a solution to the broken cast iron pipe in the kitchen, I got in touch with them... They offered a plan to fix it, and performed the job in three days. The team was excellent, very professional and respectful. They cleaned up every day leaving the kitchen in working conditions. I couldn’t ask for more.
