BEWARE: They charge you by the hour the moment the plumber is dispatched. So in my case it cost me $135 for him to just drive to my house before he had even started on the actual job. Thank god he didn't get stuck in traffic! Seriously. I hate feeling ripped off especially when you are in a situation where you need help. I don't like companies that find sneaky ways to get even more money out of you instead of simply charging you for the work done. I won't be calling this company again. Maybe I wouldn't have felt so ripped off if the travel charge wasn't the same as the expert labor charge.

Tom at Cyclone plumbing has done quite a bit of work for my wife and I. They do some really quality work and have affordable pricing. We have had them do everything from unclogging a pipe to working with us on a bathroom renovation. We have been incredibly happy with all the work and I would definitely recommend them.

Mark worked 16 hours and then got my call for a leaking toilet; he was efficient and neat, but most of all he was kind to me. I was devastated by the water leak. I asked for extra tall toilets. I assumed that I was getting an extra-tall toilet base. That's what I was looking at when the tech was there to do the estimate.
The installation was today. The tech and his apprentice were very nice and cordial. They did an efficient job and were very clean. No mess left at all.
When I went in to see the finished product I was surprised to see the same height base as before but a three-inch deep toilet seat that is not made of super sturdy plastic. Slow closure which I liked.
I have new toilets which is nice. The installation was done well.
These toilet seats can be purchased on Amazon for 37.00 which I didn't know about until after they left and I was cruising Amazon for something for my husband’s recovery.
I would have appreciated a more open dialogue at the time of the estimate and scheduling of the job so I could make a better-informed decision.

We recently had a great experience with Roto rooster. We had an issue at 7pm, called and they were very nice and professional on phone, and we had a plumber at our house within an hour. He was very nice, professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing assistance!

I called and got same day service. Technician called twice to update me on his status of arrival. He came in, assessed the situation, fixed it, cleaned up and wrote up the report, and was out the door in less than 2 hours.

My technician was absolutely wonderful! He showed up with a smile, he was courteous, professional and knowledgable! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Richard! I can see why he is the head tech and do hope that his bosses appreciated him! If I need Cass on a personal basis I will definitely ask for Richard again!!
I will also mention Brittany to whom I spoke in the office. She was kind and patient and professional. I had not used Cass personally it had always been through American Water Resources so I didn't understand some things. But she patiently explained to me. I had also been dealing with some other customer service that was horrid so she got the brunt of my ire poor thing! I did apologize to her and she was most gracious.

I am beyond impressed with 1st Choice Plumbing. Matt (owner) is hands on all the way and will not stop until you are 100% satisfied. I could go on and on... but Matt answered his phone EVERY time I had a question or concern. He was available no matter what day or time (as if we were his only clients). This company was highly recommended , and now I must write this review so no one doubts how great of a company it truly is. I am beyond impressed. I cannot thank Matt enough for his professionalism, kindness, and extremely honest and fair prices. It is good to know there are still businesses out there with such integrity. We have used Dyser twice in the last 3 months and both times they were here quickly and were able to fix our issues (install new water heater and slow leak under the sink) very timely. They explained the repairs thoughly and showed the old parts to us as well.
