Called for service to replace a old kitchen faucet and replace 2 toilet shut off valves due to age (30+ years). Elivs and Taylor were very good at explaining my options in repairing the toilet valves instead of replacing, which would’ve been a tougher job and more costly, The repair was much simpler, cost efficient, and the fix did the trick.
