7/7/23Cornerstone Pros tech John B. was very professional, thorough, informative and proficient. Contact from tech concerning time of arrival was very helpful and appreciated. Always a pleasant professional to deal with when contacting Cornerstone Pros about any needs for service or questions. He checked our A/C units for leaks and found and showed me where the problem was. John B. was very diligent and helpful during the process and provided good information and insight on the issues. He found that our A/C unit was no longer under warranty, and would check on a replacement coil.7/25/23John B. returned for a follow-up for a request to add Freon to the unit, and provided the estimate for replacing the coil. He again provided the same friendly professional and courteous service as in his last visit, and accomplished getting our A/C unit cooling properly once again with the addition of Freon.Thank you CornerStone Pros and John B. for your great professional and courteous service.
