They did not show up for their appointment until two hours after the given time window. I took off work for them to come give me a quote, which is something I was told they do on the first phone call. However, when I called about the missed appointment, they notified me that quotes are not free, they're just taken off the services fees if you book with them.Getting different info about costs from employees made me uneasy. When they finally arrived, they quoted $800 to replace a toilet flange and mentioned a lot of damage to the tile would be necessary. My uncle is a retired plumber and did not agree much damage was necessary. Sadly, he's not able-bodied enough anymore to assist with this.Naturally, I did not book services with Acree. Instead, I booked with another local company who completed the job in just over an hour with miniscule damage to my tile under the toilet. Plus, I saved $600.I worry that plumbers from this company are suggesting the most expensive solution route to customers. Just take a look at other feedback from customers paying for something that should wrap up in an hour or two, yet somehow it turns into several visits.

Horrible service. Unprofessional and defiantly the crooks of the business. They wait till after the job is done to charge u the maximum price on invoice and leave u know choice but to pay the inflated price. Call other more professional company!

Excellent!! Can't say enough about Mitchell and Chris. Just moving to the area last week, I was in a bind with our new washer not working due to a bad cold water hook up. They fit us in same day and kept me advised via Text and phone calls every step of the way. Frank and his partner showed up at the exact time and were very professional, courteous and kind. Great quality service! It’s obvious that the owner is very experienced to be able to handle all of my complicated plumbing jobs with great skill and speed. He also caught issues that I wasn’t aware of and that saved me money. His prices are fair and I like how he explains problems in a way to easily understand and learn from. We will call Drain Flo again when the time comes.

Excellent, high quality workmanship, prompt, courteous and honest. They even cleaned up after completion, which I can't say of alot of other trades I've used. They care about keeping long term customer's and referrals instead of just getting as much money out of each job. That says a lot!

Great Plumbing company. We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood our kitchen. They answered the phone at 1 am and were out in about 45 minutes to shut off the heater. They then showed up early the next day to remove the old heater and replaced it with a new one. After drying out my kitchen and dining area, they then were able to give me a quote to resurface my floors and install new wood trim throughout my dining room.
I would certainly use this company again. They were not only life savers, but very friendly and professional.

He spent time addressing the issue for hours on her roof, working to resolve the immediate problem and then later to discover the underlying cause. Kenny took the time to explain what he performed and what else was needed. I appreciated his team's expertise, efficiency, and open communications with my family. Highly recommended!
