Would HIGHLY recommend Larson plumbing. Replaced a kitchen sink and Reverse Osmosis system and new faucets needed to be installed. Louis and Alberto came and I was highly impressed with every aspect of their work. It started with how polite they were when they arrived. They asked questions and explained every bit of the process, and always asked to make sure what they were doing wasn’t inconvenient (loud, smelly, no water, etc). They had a wonderful attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect, no leaks, and that everything worked before leaving. They cleaned up and left it better than when they arrived. Lastly, and most impressively, they asked if I was happy, if I had any concerns, and they showed me how to turn off the system if need be. Never felt rushed, they took the time to do a quality job. They were absolutely wonderful.

There was a few hiccups but they followed through. Thank you for your help. They were not able to get the part we needed for our appointment today, However, they are working on getting a portable AC for my elderly aunt until they can get the piece tomorrow. Great quality service! It’s obvious that the owner is very experienced to be able to handle all of my complicated plumbing jobs with great skill and speed. He also caught issues that I wasn’t aware of and that saved me money. His prices are fair and I like how he explains problems in a way to easily understand and learn from. We will call Drain Flo again when the time comes.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.
