My wife and I had our kitchen remodeled and we needed the plumbing hooked up, including kitchen faucet, dish washer, ice maker, reverse osmosis and drains. We called Tony and he arrived the following morning. He had us hooked up and running in a couple of hours. He was very professional, interesting to talk to, and had all the parts he needed in his truck. His price was very reasonable. I will recommend him and use him again, sincerely.

Excellent plumbing is an amazing company. Unfortunately I’ve had to have a plumber come out a few times. They are always on time, always fix the problem and I do believe that there rates are very reasonable!!! I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!!! Super nice, professional plumber. We were told by multiple plumbers that we needed our water heater replaced. Drain Flo's estimate was the lowest. My wife picked them, not because of that, but because they were the friendliest, and just seemed like good people.

Their work was clean and efficient. Honestly, I couldn't believe how quietly they worked. I was watching the Rays in the World Series, and they were installing the heater in a connected room. I hardly knew they were there! And they followed up quickly when we had a minor issue after installation.

We're keeping Drain Flo's number for the next time we need a plumber.

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

I was scheduled an appointment on Wednesday for an appointment on Friday service. On Friday when they did not show for my scheduled appointment I called and they said I was not in their system for appointment. I said how could that be if I was contacted by Llona plumbing to verify the spelling of my address. I of course did not want to continue to reschedule.
