I called them tonight due to a plumbing emergency (half of our apartment is flooded with toilet water), as their website stresses their “24 hours, 7 days a week” service. It was not even 11:30pm. The rude woman who answered interrupted me in the middle of my sentence to tell me that that’s a complete lie. Would absolutely never recommend, they should definitely change their website because it’s misleading and their answering employees, as they wouldn’t provide me with any resources, nor give me the time of day to speak. Horrible service.

Well, what can I say, Samuel and Blaine are truly pros. Watching how well they communicated back and forth without any hesitation really made the job go smooth. I would most definitely use this company moving forward should a need their services again.

The Wynne-Star plumbers are great folks. They came out promptly, properly diagnosed my issue, and fixed it. I thought their price was reasonable. They are a family owned operation and run it that way. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend them when you need a residential plumber.
