Second house they have helped me with. Great work at the right price. They take the time to figure out not only what needs fixing but what the cause is and fixing that.

Called this company to have a valve replaced. Setting the appointment was easy and they were able to work me in on the same day.

Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

Unfortunately I have to give this business a 1 star review for being shady and manipulative with an invoice. I was given a price for a job with a cap amount of $400.00. When the bill came back over they refused to remove the difference. Way too much to install a faucet anyway. Highly regret using this company at all.

Marcus came to my home and fixed the problem. He also showed me how to prevent the problem in the future! He was transparent, honest and knowledgeable and did not try to make extra money from me. Also, Casey in the office was extremely helpful and made sure I received timely service.
I would give this company ten stars if I could!

Mitchell came and he was extremely quick and professional. He fixed my lists of emergency repairs and answered all my questions; he even found and repaired a leak another company couldn’t. I completely trust Excellent plumbing co. and would never use anyone else!

Great quality service! It’s obvious that the owner is very experienced to be able to handle all of my complicated plumbing jobs with great skill and speed. He also caught issues that I wasn’t aware of and that saved me money. His prices are fair and I like how he explains problems in a way to easily understand and learn from. We will call Drain Flo again when the time comes.

They sent a Technician by the name of Hunter and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was very nice and very clean. He wore foot booties without me asking and was overall just awesome. We will request him in the future and we highly recommend Edenfield and Hunter.

I have used Llona three times at two different properties and had nothing but a GREAT experience each time --- totally break the contractor sterotype. The first time I had a leaky valve at the day of closing for a property I was selling -- they came out and got it fix just as they said they would. Although they knew I was desperate, they didnt take advantage of the situation.

Most recently, they did the piping for our addition and remodel -- which included replacing all of the cast iron and copper piping on the 'old' side of the house. They did great work cutting up all of the slab and, through some clever expertise, managed to save our main bathroom that was recently remodeled before we purchased the house -- saving us thousands of dollars. In fact, our GC was so impressed he said he is using LLona as his default going forward.

Genuinely... couldn't recommend a better plumber and all of the person I have interfaced with have simply been great!

I will say that Geoff was beyond my expectations with professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of the necessary repairs and for our center, he will be the only one requested to do the work. We need best company ever.
