Absolutely frustrated with Llona plumbing and would not recommend to anyone. We hired Llona for a whole house repipe. The employees of the company are not on the same page. The original quoter quoted us low and when the crew came to work, they were unable to start. After scheduling removal of our AC ducts, they were able to commence. Fortunately, they both started on the same day because our AC guy was able to help them with a stud finder so they didn't continue to haphazardly cut into my ceiling. The picture is what I returned home to. That is the front of my house, with pex running down the front of it. Not only is it an eyesore but Im under the impression that PEX isnt allowed for exterior applications since UV deteriorates the piping. Charlie has been unhelpful, with every text or phone call being we will fix it when I need details on how. They are coming back tomorrow to fix it, but Im not holding my breath. They have ruined the front of my house. There are plenty of plumbers in Tampa, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Opened a new salon location - stressful job that they completed with tons of knowledge and care. Brandon was the main guy on the job with extra help from the team, pleasure to have them around. I have used sewer studs for a couple jobs since and I feel like they should move in and be a part of the family. Will continue with this company for every job!

We had a significant leak in our kitchen and our tech David (who remembered us from prior service) showed up promptly and quickly fixed the leak. Great guy!
