I called and spoke to someone and setup an appointment for an estimate several days earlier. On the day of the estimate I called to find out a time in which someone would be at my residence. I was advised that it would be after lunch before they would be here. Afternoon came and went and no one showed or called to reschedule. I own a small business and this is not how you treat potential customers! I would stay clear of this company all together!

Called Larsen's this morning and they had a tech out the same afternoon. The tech's were wonderful, very neat and polite. They left the shower in immaculate condition and I'm so pleased with their service and price. Will be sure to share their name and number with my friends too. Thank you so much!!

Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything.

Woke up Saturday morning to backed up toilet and bathtub. 1st company I called put me on a 2 hr urgent time window but couldn't guarantee. I called Pink Plumber and was greeted nicely by reception who understood our dilemma. She had tech Jason at our door within 2 hrs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the main line was clogged and it wasn't even coming from our condo unit. Jason had to do work above and beyond what his original estimate included. He figured 1-2 hrs but due to unforeseen problems spent over 4 hrs on a tough job. Jason was really nice, worked hard and never tried to solicit or change the estimate. By the way, the 1st company called me back before Jason arrived to see if I had water damage so they could arrange to restore my whole bathroom. What nerve, they couldn't even schedule urgent service. Pink Plumber and Jason was great and will gladly call them again!
