We recently rented a home and unfortunately our landlords didn’t check the plumbing when they bought the house. They contacted everyday plumbers & I'm so grateful they did! Chris and Joseph have been very professional the entire time! I’m so glad they sent the same guys out each time, my dog has begun waiting for them in the morning. I read some of the other reviews and I want to preface that I am not an employee, I am a SAHM of 2 little boys. My toddler flushed baby wipes and clogged the toilet, I tried plunging and a short 3 foot auger and still couldn't get it unblocked. I called around, Maurici plumbing quoted me the best price over the phone, it ended up being cheaper AND he gave me a $20 off coupon!! The service was quick and friendly, plus I requested next day service and I got a call that one of their plumbers was on his way home a few minutes away and would stop by to do it tonight no extra charge! I will use this company again in the future

The tech and the work was great; no problem there. I had no issues with the technician; he was informative and quick and did his job. My only problem was the pricing. I went with Roto-rooter because of all the best-value stuff one can see online when doing a search. However, $400 for a simple shower drain cleaning seems excessive. I mean, I've had licensed plumbers in the area and spend half the day changing out pipe valves and such and the prices haven't even been half this much. Maybe I'm just ignorant of the going market price for shower-drain cleaning service but, since that's all was done, I found this aspect disappointing. I was in a bind for time, at the time, so I accepted the service fully-aware, but I'll definitely ask for quotes ahead of time in the future.
