I accidentally split a sprinkler pipe at the connection point in my backyard. I knew this was beyond my skill level so I reached out to Tony, he answered right away, I told him I need a pipe fixed, sent pictures, and he told me the cost. He came quickly and made the repair fast and professionally.

Waterline broke coming to house from street. Called made appointment for the next day. They called with approximate arrival time. Water line repaired. Very professional service. Pricing more than reasonable. Very satisfied with service. Would highly reccomend company.

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

The Pink Plumber company was a nightmare to deal with. The job was to replace the old copper pipe in my house with PVC. They first started with a very high quote of over $8,000. I said no, then they came back with $6,000. It was a bit over $2,000 drop, which seemed very suspicious. They rushed the job and destroyed the duct work in my attic. I wouldn't pay them the other half of the money until they fixed it, but after dealing with them for over a week, I got tired of it and paid even though the repair they did was very poor. I ended up paying another $600 out of pocket to get the duct work repaired properly because the A/C started pulling air from the attic and would no longer cool the house.Besides the damaged duct work, they made several errors in the plumping: both bathroom spouts weren't secured so pulling the shower lever caused the spout to come away from the wall, one of the outside faucets was just attached to a PVC pipe and hanging out of the wall, one of the bathroom spouts wasn't attached properly and leaks down the wall when the shower lever is pulled.They did come back and fix all but one of the issues, but I believe this is only because I held half the money until the job was done. I didn't find out about one of the issues until a couple of weeks later and at that point, didn't trust these guys enough to bother asking them to fix.They also left a pretty big mess and did a significant amount of damage to the drywall and ceiling. Because of all the trouble they caused (and me holding half the money), they agreed to pay half of the drywall repair.I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau after and found they have a very large number of complaints. Most are resolved, but the large number I think says a lot.
