As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

We called on the emergency line because our back flow device developed a major leak. Derek showed up and was very nice so not his fault but could not repair as he stated parts were needed and tried to minimize water leakage. We get a call from Chris saying that a ball valve needs replacing and can be ordered but they have no service appointments until a week and half from now May 10. I asked for help this was not doable and told us tough luck. WE ARE POURING OUT WATER and can’t fit us in? Well guess what the entire pipe just went and township had to come out and shut off the water and now we have 32 townhome residents without water while we try to find help. Thanks for nothing. They were even the company that tested and certified the back flow valve. Thanks for telling me nothing we can do you have to wait till May 10th. Tell that now to 32 home owners now without water. We will find a company who knows how to step up and be dependable when a severe emergency happens don’t trust this company to care about your emergency needs. I’ll make sure to let all our 72 home owners know in this community and let my management company also know that you couldn’t help this community in a emergency and not to patronize this business.

Technician 791, Myzafer Muka, Excellent job. The technical was very professional and polite. He did an amazing job. He went above and beyond his required tasks to accommodate to our issue and made the process enjoyable. Never thought I’d have this type of experience with an emergency plumbing service! Jahn contacted me ahead of my appointment and was able to come out hours earlier than expected. Diagnosed the air conditioning problem I had called about in a few minutes and even diagnosed an issue I had with my 2nd AC unit (heating issue) that I had forgot about since I have not had to heat the house for many months. Plan to use Cornerstone again for future repairs.

Found this company on Angie's List which is TOP RATED. I called the Better Business Bureau who also lists EVERYDAY as TOP RATED. Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

Dyser Plumbing is awesome! We at DDD&G Habana use them for our office building and have always received prompt, professional service. They respond quickly anytime we need them. The staff is always courteous. We would highly recommend them.

Had an amazing experience ! From the first call with the polite knowledgeable young lady in the office to the plumber who responded. Pricing was great they were able to accommodate my needs and were able to use some fancy equipment to identify the source of my leak. I would definitely utilize and recommend Peninsular again !!

Disappointed with choosing small business/Mom and Pop shop. Should have gone with the more expensive plumber. Replaced a sink basket under kitchen sink - didn't ask about color so now I have two sink drains that don't match. Left putty all around drain - will hopefully rinse away eventually. Then asked to replace shower arm - should have left well enough alone. Old shower arm broke off so we had to scramble to decide what we were going to do (didn't want to rip out all plaster/tile, etc.). Our painter who was there actually jumped in and helped. Plumber did not test to make sure new shower arm would properly attach. Didn't discover this until the next day so called him back out and was charged for service call again. I spent $300 for something that should have really been about $150 max. The extra $95 service call fee is what capped it all off for me. I feel like I got completely ripped off. The plumber just acted like he wanted to hurry up and be done. From now on, I'm calling Mullin or RotoRooter.

Excellent Service. We had a plumbing emergency at one of our business locations after hours. Robert sent someone out right away. Angel was excellent and knowledgeable. He saved the day. We are very thankful for their prompt and professional attention.
