Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

WARNING! This is a big scam! They gave us a bill for $455 for replacing a part in a faucet regulator. The labor cost was $270: 1 hour for work and 1 hour for travel. They were actually working for 30 min, the travel from the last destination per their GPS was - 45 min. In three phone conversations the office not even once mentioned the policy of travel charge, nor the hourly labor cost. Seeing the other people complaining about no communication of the policy and pricing, I consider it as a scam. They are well aware of their wrong doing and they continue to do so.

In addition to normal plumbing over a few years, most recently Mike and his team installed a Flo by Moen system to control water flow in the event of a leak. Mike was here himself and was great in merging the mechanical side of plumbing with the artificial intelligence based system, connecting my device to Moen's server and not leaving until all was running right. Thanks Mike. You made me and my insurance company very happy.

Had a high water bill and had Everydayplumber came out to check out what was going on. Turns out it was only an intermittently running toilet. Got it fixed in no time. Always the first plumbers I call.

My technician with Flow Pro was prompt, knowledgeable, and presented himself in a very professional manner. An estimate was provided prior to initiation of the job; work was completed thoroughly and neatly. After such a positive experience, I will be using Flow Pro in the future.

They are pretty expensive. I had one pipe in my kitchen replaced it was $1100.
Thank goodness for credit cards. The guy put 2 huge holes in my walls, (which he told me they would not fix, but he needed to do it for diagnostics). He eventually found the leak by looking under my house. Too bad he couldn't have looked under my house before he put the holes in my wall !!!!
When I called back to fix a leaking pipe under bathroom sink, the guy said $250 !!!!! CRAZY!!!! I found a guy on craigslist. because I thought at this point , they were going overboard on pricing.
The guy wanted $4000 to fix my shower pipe. I was also told that they couldn't fix my pipe on my Well. Plumbers usually know about Wells, not these guys.
They do take credit cards and the guy did fix my kitchen sink , is the only reason im giving them 2 stars. Otherwise it would be 0 stars ,if I could

They were very professional. The job was done excellent.

I highly recommend The Clean Plumbers. I've use them on several occasions within the past 6 years (for my daughter and my mother). Every time they complete a job I am satisfied and don't feel ripped off 🙂 Their prices are reasonable, they staff are professional , prompt and knowledgeable. Thank you Joe and Anthony for repairing the children's bathroom for me today!

I have used Flow Pros services at a few different properties and each technician has been able to fix the issue and very informative on preventative options as well. I would definitely recommend!

Saturday morning when l flushed toilet it made a funny clunking sound but filled up so l didn't give it another thought. Had my coffee, cleaned kitchen & a few dishes. Then drained water out of sink.Went to bathroom to brush teeth & oh my gosh, there was dirt & lots of debris in bottom of walk-in shower.l called Roto-.Rooter.l am an 82 year old & didn't know what to do. Keli came & told me l had a clogged pipe. lt was dark by then and he tried to find an opening to get to the pipe. Finally he had to dig to find pipe so he could clear the line. He had to use an electric drain machine to unclog pipe.He did all of this very professionally & explained everything to me so that l could understand exactly what was wrong & what he did to clear the pipe.Thank you so much Keli!!
