We had 2 toilets installed/replaced by Matthew and Joe today. They were delayed due to an emergency call so Joe called us to let us know and made sure we had an ETA for their arrival when the job ran longer than anticipated.They made any necessary repairs while installing the toilets, made sure there were no surprise charges, and left the house clean. Throughout they were courteous and personable as well as doing a great job on the install.This is the 4th time we’ve used Tampa Bay Plumbers in the last 3 years and have always been pleased with their service, punctuality, and professionalism The scheduling staff is also exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend this company! My grandparents had a water leak outside of the house under the concrete. We were looking at potentially being without water for the weekend. But, John sent his guys out the same day, PROBLEM SOLVED! Really went above and beyond for us working in pouring rain, pipe fixed after breaking through side walk concrete slab, concrete slab fixed, good as new. Very fair price! The company is one of Duke Energy‘s appointed vendors. I had a conflict with my scheduled time and the company was very flexible in helping me to meet my schedule. Andrew was punctual, courteous, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was in a bit of a crunch for time and he was able to complete the task of replacing parts within 15 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with the service.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.
