Not only did I get my problem fixed; I also have a go-to plumbing contractor.

First off, I was surprised when 1st Choice responded and scheduled entirely via email. Most contractors reply with hi call me at xxx-xxxx a day later, making the turnaround time (and web-ticket system) a waste.

As for dispatch, A+. We got a heads-up call telling us to expect our tech around the same time as predicted a day before, and he arrived within the (comparatively) small appointment window. No 4-hour window with sitting on your hands all day to find out if it even happens.

Our tech, Matt, was a consummate professional. Courteous and organized, he diagnosed and solved the issue in less time (and fewer visits) than previous experiences with other another contractor.

Lastly, despite the fact that 1st Choice came out on short notice, on a weekend, to perform an emergency repair, and did it quickly so I could get back to living my life? I didn't get overcharged. It was substantially less than I'd budgeted based on experience with a previous contractor.

Overall, 1st Choice exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend them enough.

We placed a call to Cornerstone on a Saturday at 3:00 and Matthew H. was here within a couple of hours and got our clog fixed quickly! Courteous and friendly and very helpful.

I selected Rahn based on their many high ratings. I am happy to add to their numbers. Paul install a new garage disposal, bathroom sink trap and flushed my water heater. I am very happy with the service. Paul is very professional, friendly and kind. He explains his findings and offers more than one solution. His prices are fair and matches the service. Our issue in the shower was pretty simple and Jerry fixed it easily. I then decided, based on his character and honesty, to have our old garbage disposal and hot water heater replaced, something that was on our list for awhile. I cannot say enough about this young man and his work ethic. We were without water for days waiting for our property management to get someone out to fix our plumbing issue. They sent out a gentleman by the name of Mark from this company. He was very professional and well mannered and also provided us with plenty of information on the situation and did a great job. Very nice and respectful, we would definitely use this company again. Well recommended.

Why are there only five stars? I need a 100 star option. I’ve worked with these guys for years and I’m not sure why it took me so long to think to give them a review. I bought my house just about 10 years ago and it was my first home. I also don’t really have any family so no one to really rely on to ask those first time phone owner questions so, let’s just say I went through a few plumbers that raked me over the coals and didn’t resolve the issue. Then I finally came across these guys. Honestly, they are the sweetest most genuine people in general not just as plumbing service. They always go above and beyond and we can have a good chuckle when is a simple operator error on my part. @ClogKingTampa You know what I’m talking about! LOL! I literally tell everybody that I love my plumber, then I tell them I realize that that is a kind of weird thing to say but I truly do! I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. My house is old (like 1936 old) and had its array of issues but now the plumbing is running the best ever has (and has been that way for a years now). I’ve also had them add a hose spigot to the backyard and we will be working on an outdoor shower area soon. As a single female homeowner, I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are honest, polite, go above and beyond, get here to help me faster than any other company would, and all around great people!

Mike was awesome!! I broke the pipe that my hose was attached to on the outside of the house and when he initially said he'd have to take a piece of the wall out and possibly use a jack hammer, I felt really nervous. He assured me everything would be fine and made me feel at ease. You can barely tell any of the wall is missing! And the price was so reasonable. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely only be calling him if I need any plumbing services in the future.
