Needed a new water heater. Neighbor recommend Charles Hero Plumbing. Called and spoke with Linda at their office. She couldn't be nicer. Kent the owner got on the phone to guide me through determining what type of water heater was best. He even offered to and did come out to the home to see what I had and make sure what we planned on installing would fit in the space. I also asked him to take a look at some problem faucets in the home which he did without hesitation or charge (some companies charge a diagnostic fee). This all took place on Monday. It is now Friday and my new water heater is installed, permits were pulled and closed out and I am back up and running. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Two staff plumbers plus Kent the owner all showed up to do the job. They were in and out in 1:30 minutes and left the place spotless. To top if off they were the cheapest ($912.30 installed for a 50 gallon tall electric water heater). So to sum it up, they were the cheapest yet provided the best customer service and were extremely efficient from start to finish. They are long-time local plumbing company, not a sales company that does plumbing services which seems to be the new business model. They charge by the hour on most work not by the job so you don't get overcharged for simple repairs like faucets and toilets. After vetting out four other plumbers (think pink, red, gray, and a big orange box store), I am happy to say that I have found a go to plumber going forward in Charles Hero plumbing. Thanks for the excellent work and old school customer service.

I am very pleased with the service I just received from All Purpose Plumbing. John was very professional when repairing my shower and sink handles. Laura was very nice when setting up the appointment. I will definitely use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them. Thank you.

Set an appointment with the owner two days in advance to have a septic tank pumped. The day of the appointment, he never showed up and never called. He also never answered his phone when I called to see what was going on. Do yourself a favor and call any other septic company other than Adam's Septic.

Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

This is a great company to do business with. I called in the morning and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. She took my information and scheduled the appointment. I was called by Felix R. a couple hours later and he arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed my plumbing problem and fixed it in a very professional manner. I was emotionally attached to my 70 year old toilet but Felix sold me on the advantages of letting her go and replacing with a new one. It was a tough job to replace her but I could not be happier with the new one.. It works like a charm. Very clean too. Usually when you get this type of work done there is some debris left over but Felix made sure the bathroom was left just like is was when he entered it. Great job!!!!.

Called Larsen's this morning and they had a tech out the same afternoon. The tech's were wonderful, very neat and polite. They left the shower in immaculate condition and I'm so pleased with their service and price. Will be sure to share their name and number with my friends too. Thank you so much!!

Electrical work

Replaced water pipes throughout my house.

Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything.

The owner and technician are very rude and they lie to their customers. Very untrustworthy, please don’t use this company. His response below are all lies.

Can't say enough good about Edenfield Plumbing. I have had them do services a couple of times and Mike and the crew are fantastic. Extremely punctual, always in touch, quick to respond when I call, not to mention the work is always done quickly and correctly, on time and under budget. They are the best in the 'biz'.

I won't look anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

Made an appointment with them a week ahead only for them to call me at the last minute to say the plumber was not going to be able to come due to another job ... offered to reschedule. Don't they have more than 1 plumber working at that company? Can't handle more than one customer no matter how big the job might be? Good to know if I were to have had an emergency. VERY disappointed. Meanwhile we are smelling something awful in our bathroom sink which could be a gas...calling someone else NOW.

Kenny is hard-working, honest and competent. Would not hesitate to recommend him! Very pleased.
