Great service, provided service immediately for us. We had pipe damage (cast iron), dirt and water backing up in our laundry and we had recently remodeled the house and we didn’t want to destroy it putting new pipes through the it, this was our best option. I used Peninsular Plumbing at my house and soon as they walked in the service tech Trevor was very clean and polite, I took him to the problem and he gave me multiple options to fix it , he was not pushy and he made me feel very comfortable. they had always been excellent until THIS time had them out 2 days ago to clean the drain this morning when it backed up again was told it must be a different issue because they fixed it 2 days ago, really then why is it backing up again worse than before apparently not done right and now instead of coming to see if you did something wrong you want to charge me an after hours service call of $ 410 in addition to what I already paid! then when I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told they would call me back I NEVER received a phone call. I USED to recommend them to everyone NEVER AGAIN!!

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.
