Don’t look anywhere else, this is who you need to call! Rocco and this company have been my saving grace. I own a rental property in Clearwater that is across the country from where I personally live. With owning an old house unfortunately comes with a lot of last minute emergency plumbing issues. They have always been there when I needed them morning or night and solved any issue thrown their way at a very fair price. I can sleep at night knowing that B&B Professional Plumbing is in my corner and will never take advantage of my situation.

I would recommend this company without hesitation. They worked with us on our septic installation to minimize the visual impact when finished. We were very pleased and relieved at the outcome. I am not sure we would have had as nice a front yard had we selected someone else. I'd say, give this company a try.

I am a first-time homeowner and was looking to get my pipes repaired before moving in. I called Trenchless Sewerline Repairs in a bind, after another company in Miami raised their price by over $1,000 and failed to disclose a number of issues. John answered my call, talked me through everything, and was quick to answer any questions. Before I could even send him the information he needed, he was in touch with me to provide an estimate. I was touched by his compassion, because he could tell I was a bit shook by my prior experience. He was truly wonderful and professional, and I look forward to working with them.

professional. He willingly explained his diagnosis of the problem and even showed me the steps he had to take to repair my hot water heater.
Being a senior woman and not a plumber, he could have taken advantage of the situation and sold me things I did not need.
This was not the case and I was very thankful. I would definitely recommend Chucks Plumbing to my family and friends.

Disappointed with choosing small business/Mom and Pop shop. Should have gone with the more expensive plumber. Replaced a sink basket under kitchen sink - didn't ask about color so now I have two sink drains that don't match. Left putty all around drain - will hopefully rinse away eventually. Then asked to replace shower arm - should have left well enough alone. Old shower arm broke off so we had to scramble to decide what we were going to do (didn't want to rip out all plaster/tile, etc.). Our painter who was there actually jumped in and helped. Plumber did not test to make sure new shower arm would properly attach. Didn't discover this until the next day so called him back out and was charged for service call again. I spent $300 for something that should have really been about $150 max. The extra $95 service call fee is what capped it all off for me. I feel like I got completely ripped off. The plumber just acted like he wanted to hurry up and be done. From now on, I'm calling Mullin or RotoRooter.

Do Not Call! I gave 1 stars because the service and Serviceman was great. Senior 'PREDATORY PRICING'.$329 and I paid CASH! We called Saturday morning, not Sunday, not a Holiday! Never even entered the house! Parked in front of the clean-out access, walked 25 feet plugged his rooter in outside outlet on porch, unscrewed the cap and rootered through a 2 foot root clog DONE! 30-40 MIN TOPS! Including unloading/loading rooter equipment and waiting for the bill! When he told me the price I almost fell down!! I even had him call back to explain how simple it was please reconsider I'm a Sr and paying cash! We're on Social Security, this wasn't a small pain. Really Sorry we called.
