I had home in St Pete that had leak outside Dwayne and crew can out, found the leak and price to fix it was well below the 3 companies I called before him. Not only did they correct the problem he went into the house and found a major leak in the kitchen that we didn't know about. We moved to a bigger house in Tampa. Once again found some plumbing issues and once again called on Dwayne. Need for a plumber this is the company to call take care of all plumbing issues quick fast and reasonable prices. Drain-Flo way to go!!!

The best technicians and very professionals

We had a leak in the copper pipes located within the cement foundation of our house. As a result (and based on experience with another property) we decided to have our house completely re-piped with PEX from the curb to the faucets. Everydayplumber.com had just done this same work at a neighbor's house and we were very impressed with the workmanship and workers who did the work. I called and got a cost estimate equal to that of my neighbor (which I found to be a very fair price) and signed up for the re-piping. Work started within 2 days and was completed in 2 weeks -- with an absolute MINIMUM of disruption in our living. The leak was isolated and shut off while the work was done, so we had running water except for the few times when the water had to be shut off to make connections.

The workers were skilled, competent and communicated extremely well as to what they would be doing so as to create no suprises. Their work was neat and it is now hard to tell that the re-piping even took place.

I was extremely satisfied with Everydayplumber.com and would recommend them without any reservations.

Gary and his crew were excellent and stayed until the blockage (caused by another Plumber) was cleared. Very professional group. Both Gary and Nathan explained everything they were doing. Truly sorry, don't remember the names of the other two crew members. I have to attribute that to being a little preoccupied with our plumbing emergency. Cost was exactly as quoted. We have more plumbing needs on the horizon and Gary told us and showed us exactly what we were dealing with. They bought us some time with very, very old cast iron pipes. Rest assured, Ray Duncan Plumbing will be handling this plumbing project in the near future and our plumbing needs after that. Great group of guys. I would welcome them into my home anytime.

I decided to try to hire a plumber for my rentals. I found this one and thought I would support a local small business. The first job was in Tampa and the tech called me before doing the work to quote me a price. I thought it was fair, so I approved the work.
The second and LAST job was a broken toilet lever in Zephyrhills. The service charge was higher for the area, which I can accept. The tech called to say he was on the way. I asked him to call with a quote before doing the work. However, no call. Got the bill a couple of days later, $254. $79 for the service call, and $175 for the toilet lever and labor.
I am all for a business making a profit, but changing a toilet lever is the simplest plumbing job there is. I called and had a discussion with the owner. He was polite and offered me $30 off of the bill. I told him I was planning to give him all of my business, but it concerned me that a $10 part was marked up so much.
He explained that it cost him $100 per hour per man to break even. Being a business owner myself, I know better.
I was looking for a fair dependable local company to take care of 11 properties in the area. I am still looking. Don't waste your time or money on this company!

Alvarez always does good work for us and we use them alot. Jared is our main technician and always does a great job, is very professional, and his knowledge is top notch. He always finds the issue and takes care of it in a timely manner. Any time i call in for service i ask for him.

Richard came to my house today and was very professional from the start. Not only was he knowledgeable about his work and the problem I had, but also communicated it very easily. He was very efficient in figuring out what was wrong and provided all resources needed to fix it. Definitely will be using this company again, and most likely will ask for Richard to come out!

They have replaced all our main water lines in the building in the past, cleared main sewer line stoppages, replaced main sewage lines out to the city connection, repaired smaller leaks inside our units, they have done it all! I had used this company in the past but will not going forward. They don’t respect your time and when they cancel for the day they don’t offer anything more than the discount they offer any any service.
