Called to snake kitchen drain. Was told I would be informed when they were on the way. Called when they arrived at the house. Told me it was 330 to snake drain. I told them the management company probably wouldn’t approve that amount but I would call them. He immediately got rude and hateful and said he wasn’t waiting around if they weren’t going to approve it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Rude and disrespectful and they’ve don’t do what they say.
He said I’m not charging you an Afterhours fee however he was wanting to charge 330 for a simple kitchen drain snake. What a joke!

Outrageous prices! Changed a moen cartridge in my shower! $429.00 Then changed the drain and plate $359.00 Charged a service fee on top of these prices!$79.00 = 867.00 REALLY! My lawyer doesn’t charge this much!!!
After I complained, the best they would do is remove the service charge. Most plumbers that I’ve used, and I’ve used a few, would not include the service charge if choose to do the work. That being said, these itemized high prices are outrageous! Stay away from these people! I do not recommend them at all!!!
I must add that my tenant authorized this repair. This company claims they ask if they are the homeowner. Well! You didn’t ask him!!!’ I, the homeowner showed a up only after tenant freaked from price and ask me to come over.

As a home inspector it is my job to spot out any plumbing issue for any home owner before purchasing a home. The only plumbing company that I recommend people for any plumbing repair are the guys here at Tampa Plumbers very professional and affordable

My technician Tom went above and beyond to fix a leak that has been plaguing my front yard for months. Can’t say enough good things about the guy. If you’re needing someone that really cares and knows what they’re doing he is the one you want.

After many years using a different Tampa Plumbing Service I felt a change was needed due to different issues with that company. After researching on the web I decided to try OLIN Plumbing.Upon my initial call I spoke with Judy and set the appointment a few hours later I discovered a conflict with the time I had agreed upon, calling back I spoke with Becky to correct MY mistake. Becky was most accommodating and understanding she made the change straight away. Mike was sent to address my plumbing problems (which was a non-plumber attempt at plumbing - WARNING DO NOT TRY). Mike arrived on time and amazed me by his LISTENING to the issue at hand. Mike then proceeded to make his Professional Assessment after checking what I described, he then gave me the cost quote; I agreed and he went to work. I watched and we chatted while Mike worked, never did this man stop working during his time fixing my problem. Upon completion he even took the damaged/discarded materials with him even when I offered my trash can to him. I must commend this young man on his Caring, LISTENING his Skills, Professionalism and Work done. The next day I thought there was a dime size leak in the area, I called Olin's and spoke with Jennifer she wanted to set an appointment for a re-check to which I said let's wait it might be due to the water coming back on, 24 hours later that seems to be what it was as all is Excellent with Mike's work! In closing I must speak to the Professionalism and Caring that I encountered with everyone I dealt with at OLIN PLUMBING. In regard to Mike's skills, knowledge and caring are exceptional. My only regret is that I waited so long to change Plumbing Companies. Do your homework/research and then call OLIN.Thanks to Everyone at OLIN!UPDATE:It appears that I am Computer challenged! I had written the above and NEVER posted it, I am so sorry Mike!New Issues on 11/26/18 necessitated another call to Olin. I called the Olin office at 9am speaking with Judy. After clearing up a few things Judy told me that she would be calling me back in a few minutes. Judy ( a TRUE Caring Employee ) followed through as promised and told me that Josh was on his way. Josh & Christian arrived shortly and tackled my Toilet issue.. Kudos to the Hiring Manager for Hiring people that CARE about you, from the call into Judy & than with Josh & Christian on this issue. Back to Josh & Christian. Josh listened, looked at the issues & then informed me of the cost. Welllll of course ugly things arose & poor Josh & Christian (that had arrived very well groomed) got the wonderful job of crawling on their belly under the house into dirt & wetness! These 2 men were wonderful, positive and caring. It is refreshing to work with a company that DOES NOT try to up-sell anything!This was my 2nd experience with Olin Plumbing & I wish I could say my last BUT we all know that Plumbing issues will & do happen.Again, my deepest Gratitude & Thanks to Judy, Mike, Josh & Christian

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom to our garage. The technician quickly found the problem, fixed the toilet and leak and stayed and did multiple checks to make sure it was fixed before leaving. Same day service as my cell which was awesome!!

Adrian and Gulfshore Plumbers were east to work with, and able to do my project in a timely manner. They communicated the scope of effort and followed through after the job was completed. It has only been a few days, but the problem seems to have been taken care of.

The technician was right on time and very informative. I definitely would recommend.

Paul showed up on time, was very professional, informative and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing, made valid recommendations and kept me abreast with cost(s) as well as threw in a few items at no cost. He is definitely in my contacts.

I had used this company in the past but will not going forward. They don’t respect your time and when they cancel for the day they don’t offer anything more than the discount they offer any any service.
