Tampa Bay Plumbing is number one. I’ve used them on both residential and commercial projects of every size. In each instance they were prompt and professional. Most importantly they always do the job accurately, neatly and their attention to detail is stellar. I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. We were advised we had a blockage and the camera could not pass through the blockage in the pipe. The plumber suggested we try a procedure that would cost 1550.00. When we contacted the company again- we were told the camera could not pass due to an “angle” issue and not a blockage.
*called a different plumber two hours later and they were able to pass the camera through the pipe and find the problem. I would strongly advise to stay away from this company.

AC turned off entirely (system and thermostat) and then 20 min later turned back on. Then turned off again 15-20 min later. And kept doing that Sunday morning. The entire system was only 2 weeks old. Come to find out the drain line was clogged and system was turning off as designed. Tech flushed the drain line (as it should have been done at installation). I was at my wits end with my issue and he made sure to complete everything in one trip, even when I ran into an additional problem. I really appreciate his help and professionalism and would absolutely work with Titan again.

We used this company for all the plumbing purposes for our newly constructed home with a move in of two months ago. We had them install two Trutankless water heater‘s. We have been contacting them since our move-in date with issues of not having hot water or it coming and going intermittently.Service tech “Elvis”came out a couple of times and was unable to fix the issue. Then called the company again and spoke to Brian who said he would call us back and we still have not heard from him in over a week. The service tech claims that he’s in touch with the creator of the true tankless water heater and that he would get help to fix it but this is still been a problem and we have been living in the home for two months and it’s still not resolved.

Called about a specific plumbing issue. Checked plumbing for flow and leaks, and updated me on what may be needed in the future with an estimate. I’m completely satisfied with the work and communication about what was done and what may be done if needed, in the future.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Alex is a very knowledgeable and fair business man. The work he did was expertly done, the consultation explained exactly what he was going to do and he was more than fair when he priced the job. I even appreciate that he allowed me to decide whether I’d prefer to go the more expensive route and replace everything or just replace what was necessary to get the plumbing in working order.
