John came an evaluated the situation I had clogged drains over backing up my bathtub shower sinks were not draining you figured out the solution he ran a snake through all the upstairs drains and cleared the pipes to use a camera outside as well to locate the issue I would definitely recommend him he is a professional and knows what he's doing cuz I haven't worked by myself I don't care I always submit it

The drain that connects to my washing machine was backing up. I called and left a message. Howard called me back very shortly. He was able to come out the same day or schedule within the week. Same day worked for me so he came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable.

Oliver from Golden Bay Plumbing fixed a leaking shower for me that was a particularly stubborn and hard-to-diagnose problem. Throughout the process Oliver was professional, responsive, and proactively communicative. My first reach out to him was on a Sunday and he not only responded but came to my house to work on the problem. He offered different options, particularly when it became apparent he was going to have to cut into the tiled wall to fix the leak. He was always respectful of the property and cleaned up the work site after each visit. He is a diligent worker and his prices are very fair.
