I am very pleased with Freitas Plumbing! Kai and Anthony were prompt to respond and they were very professional as well. They did a great job taking care of all the issues. They were most polite and they left the work area perfectly clean. I will use their services again and I definitely would recommend them!

I would like to say first and foremost they were very friendly showed up basically on time and honored their quote. However we had toilet upstairs that was not flushing properly they sent out a rep, he ran the snake down the toilet a few times said it was clear and nothing was blocking the flow, yet the toilet was still not flushing properly. They said it was a poor brand American Standard and to replace it for $750 with the manufacturer they recommended.

I knew in my mind it was not the toilet as it was recently replaced. Another service came out and cleared the issue with a chemical treatment of the water. Freitas should be just as knowledgeable about issues as this company was.

Freitas plumbing removed my old kitchen sink and installed a new one plus the garbage disposal. I am very happy with how it all turned out and for a reasonable price.

Freitas Plumbing completed 2 repipes (one on our home & rental property). They were Prompt, Efficient, Reliable and super friendly. The quality of their workmanship is Outstanding. Price was very reasonable. We highly recommend them. Randy & Cindy Ebbers

After calling many different plumbers to try to get someone to come out on the same day, I finally came across Guy. He explained why my garage was leaking water and smelled like poop then scheduled his guys to come later that afternoon. Anthony and Kai showed up and got to work right away. They were very professional and nice. Answered and explained all our questions. Really feel like they checked everything before they left to make sure it won't happen again. But! If it did then they gave us a 90 day guarantee that they'll come back to fix it. All around they turned a horrible situation into an experience that wasn't so bad. Thanks for all your help!!

I have used Freitas Plumbing a few times now from installing gas lines, water line repair (copper, pvc and other materials), a couple of emergencies and a a few other jobs. They have done solid work every time, explaining how it needs to be, and up front with pricing. When their work is finished, it looks good (not slopped together). I also had a tenant that sent me a message with how pleased she was with their professionalism, swift work and she said the plumbing looks good and that she hopes that next time she has a plumbing issue, that it's these guys that come out. I will call them back the next time I need them because I have confidence that they provide quality work, are fair priced and professional.

This review is way over due! I've been using Freitas Plumbing for many years. Guy is always very responsive when I text him looking for an appointment. Anthony has been coming out to my house for years and we enjoy having him in our home and we always have good conversation with him. On the last few calls, Anthony had Kai with him and Kai is also a very nice guy. Super friendly and good conversation. Freitas has expanded out to the valley so they are very busy. If my plumbing issue is not an emergency, I will wait for as long as I need to. Thanks Guy, Anthony and Kai for your amazing service over the years.

I had a new water heater installed by Freitas Plumbing and they did outstanding work! I was so impressed by Guy, Anthony, and Kai for their reasonable bid, same-day scheduling, kind customer service, plumbing expertise, attention to detail, and full clean-up. The new heater works perfectly and has a 2-year parts and labor warranty and 6-year water heater warranty. I'm so happy that fine craftsmanship and top notch customer service still do exist in our world!

Anthony and Kai are a great team. Seems they really love their work. Friendly and courteous and fast! Worked on my stove and dishwasher lines. Freitas is my go-to plumbers for years.

I contacted Freitas around 1:00pm not expecting to have someone at our home until the following week to address a faulty water heater. Surprisingly Kai was at our door only a few hours later and installed an entirely new water heater under 3 hours. Kai was incredibly professional. While not the cheapest quote in town, it was certainly worth the extra costs for the speedy and efficient service.

I just had Freitas Plumbing out, and he was AMAZING!!! My tub water wouldn’t turn off I called them and within 20 minutes Freitas plumbing was at my house, He was very nice and very clean, he cleaned up after himself and was Detailed on letting me know what he was doing. All around Great service !!! I highly recommend them!!!

Showed up on time and did a nice and clean installation. They had good a very good price also.
