Wonder service. Tech explained everything he was doing and did a great job. Highly recommend this company and Armando, the tech.

I had a clogged sewer line. Knights Plumbing sent someone out that same afternoon. Both gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me the estimate before they did the service. I am very pleased with my experience with Knights Plumbing and Drain.

Had a yearly service on water heater and discovered it was in very bad shape. Quote in minutes (email) three days later water heater replaced. Always friendly service.

We had a rather large task for Knights to do, and their guy Weston came through, took charge and we certainly do appreciate the hard work he did. We have heat in our offices and our bathroom is fully functional again.

Weston and Carlos did a great job on the water heater install. I called their office about 12 noon to request a new water heater. By 4:30 pm that day the install was completed, with no advance appt made. Thanks.

Came in and kicked up and efficient . Only concern was ZERO up front talk about cost. Not even a ball park. Was about double of a small local guy. And once they were there I felt obligated to pay. All for a Abs clean out

They came out and repaired a landscaping faucet leak

Charged me $174 to dig a hole... about 8 inches deep, 8 inches wide. It took the guy 10 min to dig. I wish i could upload the pictures so you guys can laugh!
Then they tried to charge me $695 dollars to replace one cracked elbow of a pipe that was about 8 inches underground -- easily accessible, no trees or furniture in the way. Wide open space, their truck was literally 1 foot away.
I asked them, how much is parts and labor -- they said, its about $50 for parts and the rest is labor--- thats $600! They told me the job would take about 1.5 hours. thats $400 dollars an hour.
He said -- no, we dont get paid by the hour, its by the job.
Long story short:
After talking to them, they said they would bring down the charge for digging the hole --- from $174 to $134, a $40 difference, if i used them.

I paid them the $174 and turned them away.
Never again.
These guys are crooks.

The office and the technician were professional, diligent and kind.
The office was in touch with me letting me know at what time the person would come to check the problem.
The technician came to check our flooded backyard, and found out it was nothing related to their expertise but more to a failure in the sprinkling system.
Since the flooding wasn't in their area of work, after checking everything he left, but no charge was made to us.
I recommend Knights Plumbing and Drain services: they were by far better than any of the other two companies I reached out to that day due to the emergency.

Very knowledgeable Tech Victor and his helper Joshua took care of all of my needs and I am very demanding. I bought a tankless water heater before they got here and Victor and Joshua got me a better deal on an equal unit and saved me some money on it. VIctor and Joshua installed it and put all the right safety equipment on it that the Other Installer DID NOT PUT IN! I am impressed with the service and professionalism of these 2 men. I needed a unit that would take care of 3.5 baths. My old unit was set up for 2. We added another master suite downstairs, an extra washing machine and these 2 made it seems so easy making all the connections to the right standard for my safety and my wife Luly and I greatly appreciate it.

Called them at 8:15 and Sean showed up at 10:30 to repair leaks in kitchen sink. After the repairs he installed a dishwasher. Very professional with good service. As a long time customer, I was able to use membership funds to pay for the sink repairs and was given member discounts on the washer installation. I will use Knights Plumbing and Sean again.

Having been in Customer Service for 30+ years I highly recommend Knights Plumbing. I contacted them and explained that I believed my AO Smiith Tank that was only 6 years old needed to be replaced. They sent me a picture of the Technician Jason prior to his arrival. This was very comforting knowing whom I would be having arriving at my home. He arrived with a 50 gal tank just in case. We determined that yes we needed to replace. We decided that he and another plumber Victor would come at 9 am. I told Jason I would be up early. He called at 8 am and said that he could be here in a few minutes. I told him that was fine. Both Jason and Victor were very Professional and Knowledgeable. There were a couple of things that needed to be brought up to Code. There was one issue that the previous plumber should have fixed and didn't. Jason fixed the problem at no additional cost. They got the new tank in a timely fashion and fixed everything that needed to be addressed with no problems. I will be calling them back to my house if and when I need a plumber.

Victor and Riley did a great job removing a clog in the shower drain. This company has a good response time and I have always been satisfied with the quality of their work.

Man, I bought an old house, and it has problems, not the least of which was a Mickey-Mouse'd clean-out, cracked sewer pipe, and broken piece of pipe clogging the sewer. Jason G. of Knight's Plumbing worked with me on a plan of attack that fit my budget and he got the job done like a boss!

I called this company on a Friday and asked specifically if they have leak detection equipment. I asked 2x and expressed my need for that. They assured me they have the equipment. They showed up at my clients property without the equipment and said to use another company that has that equipment for more precise locating techniques. Call someone else if this is what you want.

I needed whatever that thing in the toilet tank fixed - it was making all kinds of noise like it was leaking water. I was very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness. From Ciara scheduling the appt and explaining the process, to Gobler diagnosing and fixing the problem, it was an easy process and everything is still fixed! I was given a quote for the repair that I had called about and a couple of options for replacing the entire toilet which was good because I plan to do that in the near future. Gobler explained everything and was very patient when I couldn't figure out where the water main was. :)

All points of contact were amazing! My call was answered immediately and communication was impeccable throughout my service request. They arrived at the scheduled time, wore booties to enter my home which is always appreciated as I personally don't like tracks into my home. They came to repair my kitchen faucet, which turned out to be an easy fix so while they were onsite they asked if I had any other issues and concerns. Considering I'm in an older home, I appreciated their initiative and their willing to educate me on what to worry about and not. On their way out they discovered one my valves was a red flag and should be replaced. They replaced it in just a few minutes! Staff was professional and friendly throughout my whole experience.

We are members of the Royalty Club through Knights Plumbing. Oscar came out to repair 2 toilets and gently gave us a quote to overhaul 1 old toilet. We upgraded to 2 new toilets. They accommodated us with an install right away. The secretary there is the bomb! So very nice.

John came an evaluated the situation I had clogged drains over backing up my bathtub shower sinks were not draining you figured out the solution he ran a snake through all the upstairs drains and cleared the pipes to use a camera outside as well to locate the issue I would definitely recommend him he is a professional and knows what he's doing cuz I haven't worked by myself I don't care I always submit it

Giving 3 stars only because a Supervisor refunded my Service Fee. My husband identified a leak in our bathroom, we called multiple plumbers and Knights Plumbing was the only ones able to come out the same day which was super impressive and we appreciated it. The techs inspected the leak and recommended a 1700 repair which we politely declined because all my husband needed to do to stop the leak was tighten it. They advised there was no water damage or cause for conern. The next day my home owners insurance sent out a remediation crew who identified multiple sources of water and water damage, potential mold and mildew, we had to be displaced from our home to a hotel and had we just agreed to the 1700 repair, we would have been scammed out of money and would have unknowingly lived with a huge safety concern. I have a 2 year old and am pregnant so that was completely unacceptable. I would have given 1 star but since the supervisor refunded our Service Fee I'll give 3.

We had an emergency leak that we found on the Friday following thanksgiving. I have seen the Knights Plumbing trucks in our area so I decided to call them. I'm so glad that I did. The office staff is so friendly and very helpful. I described the situation to the office person and she was able to get Victor out to our house shortly after my call. Upon his arrival, he saw that the leak required the water to be fully shut off. Since our neighbors have our water shut off valve, we had to get Public Works out there to shut the water off. It wasn't until that moment when I was having the most trouble. I was unable to get assistance from Public Works and spent 2 hours trying to figure out what I needed to do. The Knights Plumbing office person was so kind and decided to call me to check up on the status of my water being turned off so that Victor could go back to my house. I was extremely stressed out and she and Victor offered to get the matter resolved themselves. Victor called me back 10 minutes later and had asked the Public Works gentleman that he had currently been working with on a job around the corner from us to stop by our house when he was finished with that job. We are so grateful that they decided to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The Public Works gentleman was also extremely nice and very helpful. He informed us that the leak was not technically an emergency situation and told us we can wait until Monday after the holiday rush to get this matter resolved. Since we really appreciated Victors help, we decided to wait until Monday when we knew Victor could come back. We will definitely be using Knights Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Friendly staff but not happy when wax ring had to be changed for the third time. Each time seems soon after a year warranty had lapsed. Obviously, we had to pay again!
I was told they’ll check on mount to see if it needs changing as well. Guy did the repair and left without informing us. Next thing I know I was billed for the mount as well. Over $600, just like that!
Sorry but not the kind of company I want to do business with anymore.

Armando and Jason did such a great job! We really appreciate them coming very quickly. I asked their servicer if they have someone available ASAP and they delivered. Our sink were draining upwards when we used the garbage disposal. It goes back up and our dishwasher ended clogging. If it doesn't drain, it just stays on top of the sink. On top of that our first floor bathroom were clogged d/t accumlation of year worth's hair. They were very informative and they were effective and efficient. We love their work!! I highly recommend them. 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been using Knights Plumbing for years. They quote a price, and no matter how long it takes to correct a problem, 1st time was 4 days because sewer clean out was buried under 4 feet of dirt, the price didn’t go up. I was able to move my club membership to a new home and when we found the water heater leaking they were here within a couple hours and went out of their way to replace it that same day. Thanks Guys!

The service was great, communication was great, work was fast, but not happy about the final price for work done. It was $370.00 just to clear a clog in toilet and tub. Over $300 for this job does not seem reasonable at all. To clear a clog should not be more than $200.

This is my third time using Knight's Plumbing and Drain. They are unfailingly polite, very knowledgeable, and their prices are very reasonable.
Their work is always outstanding. I was skeptical of the need for the kind of club membership they suggested at first, but when I had to repair a faucet that would not shut off, that money became a credit and I owed nothing. It's a great program for saving for that day when you need a plumber.

It was Saturday March 15th 530pm. I was mowing the front lawn and accidently broke a sprinkler pipe. The area flooded quickly. I called several places and most were not open and the ones that were couldn't help. I called Knights Plumbing they were responsive to my questions the girl I apologize I forgot her name, she was sympathetic to my situation and had a tech call me quickly. When I spoke to Hector he was very informative helped guide to where I can turn the water off and all over the phone. He was in Paterson I was in north Stockton and it would be about an hour and 45 mins before he could come out. I then mention to Hector that I am a tenant not the owner. He said he would need permission from the actual owner to do the work. I was at first irritated and actually angry I said that's crazy I am going to pay... Hector was calm and professionally explained why that is their policy. I then conferenced the land lord on the call and we waited for Hector. About 30 mins later the land lord showed up with some guy that claimed to be a plumber long story short we had to cancel our order with Knights Plumbing. I called Hector who by the way had already driven from Paterson to Manteca and apologized and explained we needed to cancel. He simply said AS LONG AS YOUR TAKEN CARE OF THATS ALL THAT MATTERS This is a company I feel compelled to write a review for even though they did not provide manual service they went above and beyond in professionalism and customer service. I will refer and use Knights Plumbing and Drain for future needs.

Victor and Jr. was very helpful and knowledgeable on the repair we needed done. They also cleaned up after themselves really good.

We were going on 2 weeks of living without water due to a broken pipe. Home warranty didn't want to pay for it and kept making excuses, so we finally grew tired and called Knights Plumbing. Jason and Armando showed up and had our plumbing issue identified, repaired and our water restored in less than an hour. Jason was covered in mud, but absolutely maintained such a professional demeanor and made me feel like it wasn't a big deal. Thank you is not enough. This company was absolutely amazing in rectifying this experience for us. Thank you all so very much. You truly were a God send for us. The dispatcher, Riley, was attentive to my schedule and kept me advised of the ETA of the plumber. Weston, the plumber, was prompt and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options. I like that he showed me a video of the actual leak, and had a new faucet ready on the truck. Armando with Kights Plumming was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, and his estimate of 1 hour to find the pipe leak was pretty accurate , it was about 2 hours. He had the water back in no time. He explained that after the city's inspection, he will be back to cover the hole.

The experience wasn’t as good as the first time. Knights originally installed the faucet that I'd purchased. The service call was to fix the faucet because it had come loose and was wobbling profusely. The tech that came out said he'd only be able to tighten the nut holding the faucet in place, nothing more...nothing to make the nut NOT back out again and also stated that the nut will probably get loose again. But he did offer, for an extra charge, to take the faucet apart to fix it by dropping some LOCTITE on the threads. Another offer was to replace the entire faucet with another, from the company. (no photos of the area worked on because of a physical disability)

Technician was very polite respectful service was done in a timely manner area was left clean the office ladies are actually very helpful they kept in contact let you know what time does technician was coming and it course they sent the picture so that you would know who's coming to your home and they did a great job. You need to come out and fix this, the bathroom faucet that you replaced....the hot water comes out with the handle in the cold position, the cold water with the handle in the hot position.

And what happened to my water pressure? It's really low. $800.00 plus...it's not right.

Had an older toilet that was leaking when flushed. Jr came in, assessed the issue, gave me multiple quotes based on different options and let me choose. After work commenced he found we didn’t need an expensive part so it ended up being a better price in the end. Overall the work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The reason for not going with 5 Stars is because I had an appointment the day before from 10-2 but no one came. I eventually received a call at 3:30pm notifying me they would not make it on that day. I should’ve received a call by 3:30 instead of having me second guess what was going on. But again, aside from that it was excellent service.

Very professional, clear when explaining the issue. Provided a few options so that we could choose what was best for us. Clean job.

The washing machine hose hooked to the wall was leaking. He suggested a repair and an alternative. He suggested to snake the drain, however he was too technical. The other repair was excessive and too expensive. I selected to snake the drain. Problem resolved. He was polite

I got to tell you, this young gentlemen (Hector M.) is awesome, He met with me greeted me and was on the job quickly, to fix and repair my concerns with my mainline to my home, he was fair with me about paperwork, and the job he had to do to get me up and running. Just to give you some clue how fast and lucid as well as prudent, this young man is, I left him to go inside the home to give him a good review...before I could get alll the way logged in he'd already completed the job, I am seriously impressed with Hector. These guys are excellent. Victor and Robert are the two guys who come out every time I have a problem or an upgrade I need doing, and they're very professional and reliable. It's not often I actually LIKE a plumbing company, but Knight's Plumbing has earned my repeat business, every time.

I have always had a very quick response to my calls and this particular call was a one day experience. They were here in less than an hour, left to pick up parts and back to complete the job within 2hrs total time. Very nice, we now have hot water fast!

I've been with Knights for a few years now and I really like their loyalty program. The prices are good and their workers are solid. I recently had a technician over for a video inspection of the sewer line and a quote on some repairs. I was really impressed with Weston, who had to be on my steep roof in the 100 degree heat for two hours. The guy knows how to get the job done! I'll be using this crew for my big repair job, for sure.

I called with an Exact problem and just looking for an idea of cost if it were only to replace/repair a specific part on my water heater. I told the lady I was at work and she would not stop asking questions that had no bearing on the cost. then she went on to tell me (finally after 5 minutes) that they would charge $99 to go there and then they could give me an idea. Don't waste your time if you have any questions. call someone else. They read a script and apparently cannot ask someone else to answer a question if it is not on their script. I called Lovotti Air and they are having a technician call me back. Wow, crazy idea right:)

I was very grateful to have had these gentlemen come and give me an estimate on a water leak but it turned out to be my water heater valve that was kaput and too old for them to replace. These guys went under the house took pictures and showed me that it was not my pipes that were leaking but rather the condensation from the water heater. So my husband will have to replace that instead and possibly replace the whole water heater in the future. These guys were extremely knowledgeable explained everything and very nice.
