I called because they had 91 almost 5 star reviews and I have a bathroom backed up tub drain. The dispatcher took all my information and gave me a service appointment from 3-6 pm. I have the text that’s shows details of time and the plumber, Herb, that was suppose to show up. In those details there is a number to contact I tried that number and the one on the website for 40 minutes with no answer. No one ever showed up. I called many times from 6:20 until 7:00 which is closing time and I got no answer from 6:20 - 7:00. I got no phone call or email of cancelation or rescheduling. Very unprofessional!!!! I had to rearranged my schedule around someone being here and no show, no call, no communication, nothing! I will never ever call this business again they wasted my time!

My house was built in 1947 so the plumbing was old, galvanized pipe. My main cutoff valve got stuck in the partially closed position as the mechanism broke as I tried to reopen it. Needless to say, this was a rush job. Problem was, I tried to do it myself and quickly realized that I did not have the proper equipment to open a pipe that was over 70 years old. These guys came right out and took care of it. The final cost was less than their estimate. Unheard of!!

Raul and his team are AWESOME very courteous, on time and knowledgeable workmanship. The UN clogged my sewer drain when other plumbers didn’t or couldn’t. They also installed a device on my water heater to quicken the the time hot water flows to the rear of the house. Now we have hot water when we want it and.... oh ya the drains better. They said they could fix my water heater for $350 but there was a slight chance it could be something else but it's usually an easy fix. Of course it wasn't that I ended up needing a new water heater. Very disappointed they would not credit the $350 towards a new one. So I went with another company.

Amazing service! After the first plumber I called did not have anyone available that day, they referred me to RC Plumbing. Their service was prompt and professional. We have been using RC Plumbing for years. From our first home in Stockton to our new home now. They have always been responsive to our needs regardless of the situation. We have a separate shower that the previous owner said never worked, well it does now thanks to RC. I even had a leak in the basement and I freaked out. RC Plumbing came out, saw the problem, turned the screw and done. It was so easy.. NO CHARGE! These are the types of people you want to deal with. I've now had Raul and his team outnto my home 3 times. First was my water heater, then my water softener and the toughest one a hot water line broke under my slab in the laundry room. Each time calling on and have RC Plumbing come out to help get me back up was well worth the call. They are very professional, attentive and communicate very well. I highly recommend RC Plumbing if you have the need!!

we were referred to RC plumbing, by another plumbing company. The guys that came out were great. I had many issues calling the answering service, asking them to have the plumber guys call me, never got a call back in one week. Got a message (email) from the company saying my appt was cancel had to call answering service they showed that I still had the appt but they don't know who sent the message. HORRIBLE answering service company. The plumber took my key and now I'm not sure how I'm getting it back since the answering service is horrible. The work its self was done great.

I called RC Plumbing one late afternoon in desperate need of a plumber. I googled plumbers in my area and decided to give RCP a try.. once i called a very nice lady who answered was able to get somebody out within the hour. Once the technician arrived, he was very informative about my plumbing issues and answered all my questions and concerns. He was able to make the repairs needed that evening and for a very decent price. I will be referring them to my family & friends and WILL be calling again for my next plumbing issues! Took out the pipe from the meter to the house. They thought there was a leak, there was Not a leak. Still have low water Pressure !
The city inspector could not do the final, RC plumbing did not have all the paper work. The inspector also said the City would come out Look for the Leak For Free. ( meter to the house) As he walked to his car the said he had Not seen as a Lousy job filling in the dirt and grass in 20 years as a Plumber. Will not use them again !

I called twice for a estimate or to speak to a technician. No call back.

Herb was very dedicated to finding the problem and finding a solution-no guessing. He was very thorough, provided in depth explanation. The problem has not yet been completely fixed due to the outdoor main water line being so old. He did exactly what he said he was going to do with a reasonable expectation on my side. I am very impressed and lood =k forward to the issue being fixed if able. This is taking longer than anyone expected, not due to Herb. The next appt is to bring in a better camera to assess the blockage and then attempt to fully flush out to the county line from my understanding. I first met Raul (RC Plumbing) when i arrived in Ca to handle some industrial plumbing needs at the largest volumn producing Box plant west of the Mississippi located in Tracy. I was so impressed by their professionalism and personable mannerism that i also chose them to locate and repair a leak under the slab in my personal home. They not only located the leak but were so accurate in locating it, they only had to beak up a 12 X 12 area causing MINIMAL disruption in my home. RC Plumbing is by far the most professional plumbing company I have ever used.

RC Plumbing is truly a blessing.
We bought an older home, and had many unexpected plumbing emergencies, if it wasn't for RC plumbings honesty and fair prices, we wouldn't have been able to adjust to the new home and unexpected repair cost.
Just one example, we had flooding from a backyard pipe, water went through garage to the front yard! We are on a well and needed help asap. They came rushing to our aid immediately, and repaired the pipe.
I've hired them for small jobs, leaks in kitchen and bathrooms, garbage disposal installation, etc. to huge jobs, such as running a line from my propane tank, to the kitchen for a gas stove. They've always been professional, but also kind, and truly helpful and honest. Very down to earth, good people at RC plumbing.
I will continue to only hire them for any future plumbing needs.

I developed a leaky faucet and happened to run into Raul while he was working at a neighbor's. He quickly checked my faucet and gave me two options, one was a repair or it may need replacement. Edgar came out and was very professional, well spoken and polite. He assessed the problem and told me that I needed to replace the faucet. He said they could order one or I could and we both decided I would purchase the faucet and he would come back and replace it. He was, again, professional and polite. I enjoyed talking to him while he worked and he and Raul were very patient with my little Chihuahua who wasn't sure about these two gentleman coming into her home. :) I would recommend RC Plumbing for any needs you have.

Three men from RC Plumbing came into my home and two of them treated me disrespectfully. They told me falsehoods about why they wouldn't remove the shower diverted so I could clean it, saying the screw was stripped, when it wasn't. I dont know what they did to botch the repair, but the hot water valve on the shower doesn't work properly.
This should have been a simple straightforward valve replacement. I guess because I'm a single woman, they thought they could speak to me roughly and have their apprentice do the job without fixing it. If I'd been a man, I don’t think this would have happened.
How do they get such high ratings? Do they bribe Google to remove the bad ones?

We located a leak on main pipe coming into the house. Called RC Plumbing and Ella was very helpful. Although it was a busy morning she located a field manager, Raul, who came in within an 1and 1/2 hour of placing the call. He was very professional and very quickly fixed the leak. Great technical and professional service!
I was very impressed with Edgar’s knowledge and efficiency in unclogging my drains! I would highly recommend RC Plumbing and will definitely refer them and use them again!

2 years ago cable guy drilled through my sewer line and RC did the repair. 6 months ago I noticed water leaking through the wall in my garage. Opened the wall up and the repair they did had come apart. They did come out and repair their poor work for free, but it cost me over $1500 to repair the floor and wall and drying restoration. I asked Raul if he could at the least pay for half the restoration cost ($500) but instead he offered $500 credit for future ( poor) plumbing work. Will not be taking RC up on the credit because in the long run it will take them two tries thus twice the amount of time and money and they will not help with other damages caused by their poor work.
Since 2012, only place I call for rentals/main home.

We discovered a flooded area under the kitchen sink late on a Thursday afternoon. We called RC Plumbing with a recommendation from a friend.
I was astonished when she said they could come out the next day. The technician arrived on time assessed the issue and was done in less than an hour. He was well groomed, clean hands, and no residual cigarette odor on his clothes. He also repaired a sink drain in the bathroom that I had dismantled recovering a piece of jewelry. The experience was positively amazing. The technician explained what the problems were and showed me what had happened. Before he left, all debris was picked up and discarded.
I have waited several months to post this review so I can say with confidence that the work was done correctly... no more leaks; no call back needed! We are very pleased with their work and will call again.

Removed and replaced very old fused cooper cap from sewer line. Cam revealed roots in system, explained next step for clearing and cleaning sewer line.
Used this company to clear a clogged toilet that the company sent by my home warranty was unable to clear. The first plumber the home warranty company sent out spent all of 5 mins trying to snake the toilet before saying he couldn't clear it. Told me he would have to go through the roof which he needed clearance for. Of course my claim was denied to I called RC Plumbing based on their great Google reviews.
Herb and his partner showed up and did their due diligence. They troubleshooted (something the first guy didn't do) and were able to snake the clog in less than 30 minutes. Herb even gave me some helpful tips.
If I ever have a plumbing issue again (knock on wood) RC Plumbing will be my go to.

I called RC for a repair of the washer hookup in the garage when we needed a quick response in order to close escrow. They showed up on time, explained what needed to be done and completed the repair same day for a great price. Will definitely call them again!

Raul helped me with my kitchen sink. Sink was clogged and the house, which was built in 1935 had a pretty tight space to work. Didn't stop him. He continued to work and finally fixed the issue. I also called him on a separate occasion when my toilet was clogged. He didn't hesitate, brought out his tools and got to work. An hour later, he pulled out my sons wash rag... apparently my 5 year old flushed it down the toilet. Thanks RC Plumbing! Definitely recommend and will always call them in my time of need.

Timely and affordable.
Had to put off a bathroom problem for years because it required the concrete to be broken back from around the pipe. Nobody wants to have to have this done and its not cheap. I called RC Plumbing to have them come out because i finally am in a position to get it handled. I watched most of the work done. Impressive how effortless it was for that kind of major repair. Its not just fixed, its like it was never wrong from the beginning.

I had Ricardo out to fix my water heater, he diagnosed the problem quickly as a “failed control valve.” He was able to obtain the part under warranty and replace it the same day. The dispatcher was friendly and had a technician out within an hour of my call.
I have used RC Plumbing 3x in the last year and plan on using them in the near future for my kitchen upgrade. Each person I have dealt with from office to service provider have be polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.
