Had an older toilet that was leaking when flushed. Jr came in, assessed the issue, gave me multiple quotes based on different options and let me choose. After work commenced he found we didn’t need an expensive part so it ended up being a better price in the end. Overall the work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The reason for not going with 5 Stars is because I had an appointment the day before from 10-2 but no one came. I eventually received a call at 3:30pm notifying me they would not make it on that day. I should’ve received a call by 3:30 instead of having me second guess what was going on. But again, aside from that it was excellent service.

my new water heater looks good now. unlike the old one that i had, it was very ugly. pipes were crooked, stuff hanging on the pipes itself and thanks to VALICE plumbing. they were professionals. they installed my new water heater nice and neat and they have a website too, its awesome.

As always, Charles' service is exemplary. This time was no acception. It was pretty much an
emergency call and although he was busy, it was a hot day and an outside job, he pleasantly came to our rescue. I highly recommend him to anyone.

They came to my rescue when I had a major clog and their expertise was evident from the moment they arrived. The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my drains were squeaky clean.

After calling many different plumbers to try to get someone to come out on the same day, I finally came across Guy. He explained why my garage was leaking water and smelled like poop then scheduled his guys to come later that afternoon. Anthony and Kai showed up and got to work right away. They were very professional and nice. Answered and explained all our questions. Really feel like they checked everything before they left to make sure it won't happen again. But! If it did then they gave us a 90 day guarantee that they'll come back to fix it. All around they turned a horrible situation into an experience that wasn't so bad. Thanks for all your help!!

Oliver from Golden Bay Plumbing fixed a leaking shower for me that was a particularly stubborn and hard-to-diagnose problem. Throughout the process Oliver was professional, responsive, and proactively communicative. My first reach out to him was on a Sunday and he not only responded but came to my house to work on the problem. He offered different options, particularly when it became apparent he was going to have to cut into the tiled wall to fix the leak. He was always respectful of the property and cleaned up the work site after each visit. He is a diligent worker and his prices are very fair. At the end he left me with a better shower than when he arrived. It is said that every cloud has a silver lining. The silver lining on the leaky shower cloud for me is that I found a great plumber who I will call upon straight away for future plumbing needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Oliver.

I was out of town when I learned my thankless water heater was not working. I Googled and found Javier who was home with his family that Saturday afternoon and told him of my problem. He left home and called me an hour later after he left my house to say he could handle the job. Because it was the weekend he had to wait, but was able to complete the job by Tuesday. Never had any contractor work that fast and got hot water back up and running. Javier is now my all time go to guy.
