Clearwater Leak Detection, Inc. Plumber
The water department notified us we had a serious leak between our main and the house. Our line went behind a 30' rockery and uphill to our house. Things looked very dire and we were facing a $10,000 bid to tunnel behind the rockery and replace the entire line. Rather than act on that bid, I kept researching and learned about leak detection. Simon responded to help us find out exactly what our problem was, a leak in an old joint 100' away from rockery. We were so close to biting the 10k bullet. Simon didn't make any promises before he came, he kept us grounded and prepared for the worst, but he was a pro and he methodically eliminated worries, found the leak, and then at my request, repaired it.

In the end, I dug a hole to expose the leak, he repaired it and my grand total was $1,100.

I hope you find Simon and Clearwater Leak Detection, and I hope your story ends like mine, with a fixed leak and peace of mind knowing that what was really wrong has been fixed.

Akers Outdoor Plumbing, Inc. Plumber
We identified an issue with our main water line on Saturday night. Called on Sunday AM, had Andy the owner over to have a look in Sunday afternoon, and scheduled work for Tuesday. They dealt with everything (city, etc), and work was completed as expected - on time and on budget. We had water that evening. Yard looked perfect. Great service from a family company. Highly recommended.

ACES FOUR Enterprises Plumber
First, I will say that I can't recommend these guys enough. They worked fast, clean, and despite two giant holes dug in my yards, there is barely any evidence that they were there. Tarps put down for the excavated dirt protected our lawn and as a result, all the dirt ended up back in the hole. They also very carefully pulled up the grass in chunks and then put them back so you can't tell from the side that it was ever dug up. (And barely from the top!)

What made this even more amazing is that our contract clearly states that the property owner is responsible for any landscaping needed after the job is over. (This was noted in all four bids we got.) So I expected to have some work after it was done. Instead they did the work, had the line inspected by the city, put everything away, and I didn't have to do anything.

There were some items that made my situation a challenge and I was honestly expecting this to be a painful process. My neighbor and I share a sewer line put in in 1958. I had been putting off the job because of the expense, but my neighbor wanted to go ahead and was willing to do a bunch of the leg work getting quotes. Aces Four's quote was the lowest bid by just a bit, pretty much in line with the two other companies we liked.

Also, the side yard where the sewer line comes out of the house was only accessible by some very old (and not very sturdy) stairs and a gate in a chain link fence. Landscaping (rock walls and trees) made going up any other way not a very easy option. A small excavator was brought in and, with my deteriorating steps protected, they rolled it up into the side lawn with zero damage or evidence they were there. All of the other companies I talked to expected to either dig by hand (more expensive) or have to pull out my fence and trees to get up there with a machine.

Every member of the Aces Four team was professional and courteous and endlessly patient with questions. I would recommend them without reservation.

Complete Trenchless inc Plumber
The response from the initial meeting, to the completion of the project was excellent. This type of approach to pipe replacement save our community thousands of dollars over open trenching. The work was completed in a timely manner with the site cleaned and restored to it's natural condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Complete Trenchless inc for your storm drainage projects.

Quality Plumbing Plumber
I highly recommend Quality Plumbing. From receiving the quote to getting the work done and permit completed, they were more than responsive and extremely professional. Avery & Logan worked 2 full days on our remodel; they removed old pipes, installed new pex water pipes, relocated laundry hookups and installed new lines for a shower and sink. I was extremely impressed with them and will not hesitate to use them again.

Raymark Plumbing & Sewer Plumber
Raymark has always done good work for me and at very reasonable prices. Years ago I used Raymark for a variety of repairs and installations but for availability reasons was forced to use a couple of other companies for work on my rental house. None of the others were as good and I have now come back to Raymark. No nonsense, quick response, go-the-extra-mile service, and I think they are cheaper than their competitors who spend so much on advertising. This last time, on the same morning I called to check out a suspected water line leak that my tenants thought had occurred, Kami kindly worked me into their schedule and Joe actually came over to my rental house on his lunch hour to take a look. Joe diagnosed the issue and there was no water leak after all. Raymark didn't even charge me for their time communicating with me and for Joe's same day inspection. Raymark is reliable. I plan always to call Raymark first because in years of experience, they have been the best.

Professional Plumbing Plumber
I called Professional Plumbing to repair a toilet supply water valve that was no longer working and a toilet that was no longer filling. Luckily, Shane was available to come out the next day and fix all the issues. Plumbers are hard to schedule these days. I had texted him a photo of the toilet valve and Shane was able to diagnose what needed to be done. He texted prior to arrival and he had all the necessary parts to complete the repair quickly and efficiently. I will definitely keep him in mind for any future plumbing services.

Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling - Bellevue Plumber
Good service. Helpful and explanatory. Four stars due to price difference in a smaller bathtub repair - originally said $60, then said it should cost $130, but that he would charge $90, which is right in the middle. Overall, good referral from two friends prior to us calling Fox for plumbing repairs! Will definitely recommend - especially for those emergency jobs like when your toilets don't flush, back up into your bathtub, and you have a 6 month old baby at home. =)
