I can honestly recommend Beacon Plumbing Services from not only today's experience but for all the visits they've made to our home. Recently I called them around 7pm about a simple faucet part that was rust clogged and the owner himself took time to talk me through it and research the part. Many places wouldnt have picked up at that hour or would have pushed it all to the next day. At his request, I sent him a photo of the Lav faucet and he looked up our records and sent a great plumber (Drew) out the next morning to make the simple fix. Since we purchased the unit from them, they could find a easy solution and brought a new aerator/screen by as a courtesy. But their customer service didnt stop there.As often goes, there were other leaks, questions and parts we thought of while Drew was on-site. He listened carefully, wrote up an estimate and made the time while still on-site to tackle these various items that we had not thought to mention when we first called. No problem, they adjusted, had to even go get some stem parts, but got the additional work done quickly and removed the other two bathroom leaks before leaving. The flexibility that Bill and Drew both showed today is consistent with their dedication to Customer Service and fair pricing, I can highly recommend them based on these multiple experiences we've had over the years. Great job Beacon!

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.
