As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

Technician was unable to open the septic tank lid, tried to run the drain from the wrong septic tank, did not try to run the drain from the shower, that was gurgling and even though he discounted the bill because he could not solve the problem I am disgusted with the RotoRooter service. If Appolo Plumbing cannot solve the problem there is no charge, maybe you should check your competition.

Nick and the team did a great job. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. Completed the job in one day!

Simon was just like what all the reviewers said, knowledgeable. To me the most impressive is his generosity of sharing his knowledge over the phone helping me to diagnose the problem of my difficult mysterious water leaking problem. He tried to solve the problem over the phone with me without any fees and when we decided that it will need a under the slab water detection, he was very clear and up front about his fees and I had no hesitation to agree as the trust has been established. There's no cheaper way to find some complex leaks, like under a concrete slab. And if you need one company to do this, GET SIMON as he is as good as any others out there and most likely better. Plus you will be dealing with the expert yourself, not some dispatchers. I'm very grateful that I found Simon.

I am very happy with this company and with Raman. He was the third quote I got after being swindled and smooth talked by two big-box drain companies with HUGE quotes. Raman said, Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done. SO efficient and capable and professional. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

Never returned my calls for a broken sewer line

Sallie and Joe were great to work with. We had good communication and Joe provided smart suggestions/solutions for our faucet issue. I recommend this team for your plumbing needs.

UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well.
Ive had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they can't come because the part still hasn't come. It's been 3 Weeks now.
There is no communication to me on what is going on, and I've lost all faith that they're actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they can't come out. I can't say I'd recommend their service.

Had a half-dozen home maintenance tasks inside and out, from clogged bathroom sinks to leaky hose spigots. A-list sent Bryan, who was cheerful, competent, a tidy worker, and a clear, patient explainer. Got the job done for half the estimate and departed without leaving a trace behind. Best plumber experience I’ve had in decades!

Washington Rooter is our go to company for clogged and backed up drains. They are always responsive and don’t t just fix the issue but educate on preventive and self maintenance as well.

The Pricing is fair and Worth the results, I would recommend it. Positive service experience.

Zach and Austin did a wonderful job installing a new toilet. They were professional, attentive, and explained their work. They also made sure to leave the bathroom clean after doing work in it. Appreciated their service!

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
