Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. I called Rob to come out and diagnose a clogged sewer line in my Seattle rental. It was a complicated and perpetual issue that needed colaboration with neighbors to replace a portion of line. Sewer Friendly did an amazing job, getting it unclogged for the tenants right away and started digging the very next day. At completion I have everything back to normal, site is clean and all cement is poured back.

I would recommend complete trenchless. their staff was prompt and finished the project on time. I had about 300 ft of water line replaced on my private road and when they were complete you couldn't even tell any work had been done. They left the job nice and tidy.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and they are amazing! My most recent experience was especially awesome as I was lucky enough to get Robert. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and he tried to first fix the faucet but found out that the problem couldn't be fixed and the faucet had to be replaced. He left to get a new faucet and came back 40 minutes later with the exact faucet I wanted. He was super pleasant and funny and did the install quickly. Robert was awesome and I will definitely request him if/when my next plumbing issue arises!

I was having a problem with my sewer line and gave Sewer Solutions a call. They came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. They were able to repair my sewer line problem a few days later.
