Bill and Robert are the best! Bill was able to clearly understand and explain our situation and Robert came out the next day. As Bill suspected and Robert confirmed, we didn't have the problems we were told we had. With some advice from Robert we were able to handle it and only paid a service call fee. I don't know of any service company as honest and ethical as that! We will never call another plumber again. Thanks Bill and Robert, we really appreciate you both. Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine. They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudy's Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didn't cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didn't clean well. The pipes didn't drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :)

I had hired Leak Masters LLC to locate a leak at my home on my underground piping and they did it very it very well. The spot they gave me was exactly where the leak was at. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a leak on anything. they used infrared cameras, ground sensing equipment. And specialized computers to pin point a spot for us.. very HAPPY

Originally wanted to switch to a Tankless hot water heater. Tyler gave us all the different options of hot water heaters and estimates for what work to solve our shortage of hot water. He was very knowledgeable, unbiased just gave us all the information for us to make the best decision. He installed a brand new regular water heater with mixing valve and did a great job. Tyler was Professional, cleaned up after himself, respectful and answered all our questions and showed us how to care for the tank.reasonably priced too! I would use them again for sure!

Had a very good experience with Gene Johnson and especially Jose V. We had a hot water leak deep under our concrete slab develop quickly and Jose was able to come out to investigate the issue, even offering to fix it the same day.Jose V offered a unique solution to the problem. All other companies and consultants suggested repiping, but he was confident it could be repaired and fixed upon an inspection. This saved us considerable money and headache in the long run and after observing at his methodical approach and repair, it's clear that it was the right decision.Would recommend!

Positive experience, and special call out to technician Brian. The project was replacement of a recirculation pump, and as I always like to learn about any issues with my home, he was most gracious in letting me watch and explaining all the system intricacies. I addition, he brought to my attention the need for an expansion tank, and some issues in the master bathroom. The price was not a bargain, but fair. Work was top notch, right down to trimming the Teflon thread tape and even flow of solder on pipes. Will definitely engage with them/Brian again.
