Best Shower Valves in Seattle WA

This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. He was respectful, helpful, and punctual. Would definitely call Pioneer again first.

They did the job well, showed up in a clean truck and clothing, and were courteous, professional and informative.

Repiped my home, my rental in pex pipe, and repaired a broken water line from my well.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with Sewer Friendly. Rick & Cameron were extremely helpful with issues I was having with an odor smell that I thought was coming from the sewer line which was not the case. They showed up timely and put extra time in giving me other options to consider. They were not only professional but are really nice guys that you would want to hire for any of your plumbing needs.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Sean and his team did a great job on a complicated project of replacing over 450 feet of a water line. He and his team were hardworking, knowledgable, and thorough. He did what he said he was going to do and he did it well. Very pleased with the work. We've hired him in the past and will do so again.

Sam is the most knowledgeable and friendly plumber I have ever worked with. Sam came to our house for a backup sewer in our basement. He fixed the main issue and recommended additional services for our old sewer line.
