They wouldn't give a quote until they saw the faucet. It was a simple replacement. Their quote was $532 plus tax. We sent them away without doing the job.

Bobby T and his team are the absolute best! I don’t think we will ever use any other plumber. We’ve had him come out a few times, with services that need to be done as soon as possible. He was always very responsive and able to make it work. Tonight he came out to fix an outside water spigot that had burst. We had to turn off the water main and so he wanted to come out to fix it as soon as possible so that we would have our water back on. He was able to work quickly and come up with a very good solution to make it work and get our water back on. It was very affordable! Especially after having to use Beacon Plumbing a few years ago for a similar service and getting charged over five times as much as what they quoted us over the phone. I very much appreciate his business ethic and quality work. If you’re looking for a plumber don’t look any further than Bobby T! He’s your guy!! Sewer Friendly was awesome. We needed a sewer line scope for a home purchase, they came out super fast and were super nice and professional. Rick and his assistant were very knowledgeable and respectful of the property, while Nina took great care of us with communication and scheduling.

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

My experience with Mr. Rooter/ Jim Yorba was excellent especially considering the difficult plumbing situation he had to deal with. I would definitely call on him again.

Installed a new water line from my meter to my house. 1/3 the price of another quote I got. Work was done professionally and timely.

Tyler was prompt and did a great job of figuring out the problem and finding a fix for it. Beyond his control was the cost of it. It was pretty pricey and most likely would get other quotes if it wasn't for water pouring all over the place that had to be quickly stopped. But, Tyler did a really good job.

Noticed last night on a whim that my water heater was leaking! Started freakin, so I called…you know the rest. They answered on the first ring and it was 10pm! They were here in 15 minutes and took care of everything! David and his partner were professional, courteous and polite. Everything was “no problem” and “yes Sir”. They were spectacular. Solid, top notch company. They care and it shows.
