They were able to dispatch a plumber out same day which was great. However, they charge a $99 dispatch fee (which they were upfront with), then charged me $400 for a 10 minute search to find the water leak, then charged me another $900 to fix the leak and by the way, they don't repair any of the damage they do after they fix the leak. They were in and out of my house in less than 90 minutes and charge me $1500!!! Do not call these guys unless you want to get bent over.

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

Fixer arrived the next day after (quite timely) and assessed my damage on day one. He then took the necessary steps to get my ceiling prepped for the next visit. After a short discussion, he told me that he would be back in another day to complete the task. True to his word he was! Did a great job and fixed my issue. Very pleased with the service.

Reached out to get a quote and they refused to get us a quote for absolute no reason. If they cannot answer a simple phone call and manipulate in the comments what was actually said; they do not appear to be a trustworthy company.Update: Owner decided to call me and leave a threatening phone call telling me “I better listen here, and that if I want to play with fire continue, and that I have a business too and he’ll go after my business” all because I left a negative review on my experience instead of accepting a negative customer experience. Michael provided a short term and workable fix for a pressure problem off of the front of house hose bib line. He diagnosed what should be a permanent fix and wrote up a bid for that work. Thorough, professional and transparent in all his communications. Great attitude.

I asked Mike and Greg for an estimate on a water line for a new refrigerator. They showed up exactly on time, put on booties to enter the house, inspected the plumbing and crawled under the house to inspect the plumbing. I had a bid in my email within a day. It was less than other bids. Today, they completed the work. Again, they showed up exactly on time, used booties in the house. Finished the job when they said they would. The work that I can see is flawless. I would hire them again without any hesitation. Completely professional.
