I was remodeling my master bathroom when the water pipe for the toilet got cut with a sawzaw. Water was everywhere. I called even and he had Norm there in 30minutes on a weekend. He had it fixed in 20minutes. They were super friendly, quick and clean. Thanks for saving my bathroom.

Rude and sloppy

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

I contacted Kevin at Leak Masters after weeks of trying to determine why our community water association was experiencing significant water pressure loss. We suspected a large leak was the cause but had not been successful at locating it. After one household lost water I contacted Kevin and he came out on an emergency call. He looked over our well house and utilized a listening device on the pipes around the well house. He walked the water line with us and used his device at every location where we had exposed water lines. He checked the water pressure at every house. He identified one vacant home as a possible cause due to what he heard utilizing his device. He suggested we contact the owner to get into the home to check for leaks. He also pointed out that the drain field for that home was quite green and since the home had been vacant for some time and it had been a dry summer, this seemed unusual. When I finally located the property management company and was able to get into and under the house we found the leak immediately. It was very large and was bubbling like a fountain. Our community association members stepped up and we were able to cut and cap the water line. Once that was done the water pressure returned to normal. I'm thankful that Kevin was able to help us pinpoint the cause of our problems.

Great experience with Gene Johnson. Had a leak in the shower and called another plumbing company out to fix it about a year ago. They did work, but the leak started up again, and the shower lost all pressure. First we had Adam come out, and he fixed the actual plumbing issue (the leak from the pipes, as well as the shower pressure), and his service was excellent. Only thing is we didn't catch that the previous plumber did not properly seal the new shower nozzles, so there was a second leak from water dripping through the poor seal. We had Jason and James come out the second time, and they found the problem and sealed the nozzle at no charge. Now, the shower is working great. I would recommend and repeat business. Big thanks!

We had a great experience working with Raymark Plumbing. I had an unusual need of having to replace a water pressurizer in my unit that was over 15 years old. I called around and either no one worked on these or wouldn't bother with the project since it was in a Condo building in Capitol Hill. Raymark came out quickly and got me a quote for the work. It took longer than we all expected to get the part in, but once it was in they got my scheduled quickly.

Ty, their master plumber, that quoted the work handled the install and they did a great job getting it installed quickly and cleaning up after themselves.
