Best Prevent Clogged Drains in Seattle WA

I called them on June 1st for my clogged drain and the service technician Sam came to my house the next day morning. He is very nice and fixed my issue efficiently. He checked everything and cleaned up before he left. He also told me how to maintain the pipe.This is the first time I called a drain service so I do not know whether the price is good or not. But in all the service itself is good and worth five star.

Matt was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He came to give me an estimate on installing a 1” (inch) gas line for a Standby Generator. He seemed to indicate that he would send a quote via email however I haven’t heard from him. Its been nearly 3 days since his visit. I imagine he’s rather busy and hasn’t had time to put something together.

We had a backed up kitchen sink late in the afternoon, and I called Ready Rooter. They had a couple of service people out in less that an hour! Richard and Santino were friendly and professional, they explained the options and costs clearly, and quickly cleaned out the drainpipe.
The whole operation was quick and easy and the price was quite fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

The responses and work from Sewer Friendly have been fabulous. Tyler came out for the free estimate, scoped, and gave us all the information so we knew what we were dealing with. Jaime got us the estimate and paperwork quickly and we were up and running the very next week. Greg and Ryan came out to do the demo and excavation, repaired the pipe and kept us well-informed the whole way. Then Tyler came back with Jason, the GM, to do the full hydro-jetting. Jason told us all of the options we had, including a few different solutions for our concrete/drain replacement that they thought would be helpful for drainage going forward. After they left, Jason then personally followed-up with me on the phone when I had more questions. These guys do it all.

Brian arrived on time, assessed problem and identified solutions. He thoroughly explained his course of action then quickly fixed the problem. I would use them again and not hesitate to refer family, friends and neighbors.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

I came back from vacation and my dishwasher had some standing water. I called Joe and he immediately got back with me about some troubleshooting on it. Thankfully it was just a tripped breaker.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Washington Rooter (WR) has been there every time I need them. Prompt and professional every time - Job well done.

I have an older home where drainage to the street can back up at least once a year. When that is bares out when it happens. WR is on it and does it right every time. - Mark

Wonderful customer service! My parents place had problems with leaky pipes, and it caused a leak in the ceiling. They were in and out in less than a day. Beau, one of the owners really took the time and care to get everything done efficiently. Will be using them in the future!
