great company, great staff. They came in with the right answers, knew exactly what needed to be done, and made me feel like the situation was under control. This was not the case when the leak first started. Highly recommended for anybody needing plumbing work in the Seattle area.

Efficient and knowledgeable for the task at hand but very expensive and not well rounded. They replaced our garbage disposal for $400 which took about an hour and then said we would need to have someone else clear our drain. I suppose I should expect the same for most other companies but it was definitely not any wow service for me.

Nick and his crew were able to re-pipe my house in just one day, as promised. They were respectful and cleaned up when they left. Unfortunately I had a small leak at a connection, but they came back when i called, corrected the leak, and re-configured my tub and shower valves to my satisfaction. Their bid was significantly below the competing company that offers re-pipe services. I would recommend Re pipe Masters based on my experience.

Budget did a pipe burst on an old concrete pipe from the 50’s in our Ballard house. They finished before they said they would, left the yard exactly as they found it, and they were 60% cheaper than a company that wanted to trench the line.

I was referred to this business specifically by a friend. Had Curtis out the 22nd of August for an estimate on a smaller job (perhaps this is the problem?) and have not heard a word since. In that time we have contacted the office twice for an update after a few weeks of silence and both times were told we would be called back/contacted with an update soon. We were not contacted either time. Why give us the run around and waste our time? Very disappointed and would prefer an honest “we are not interested in helping you” over being ignored.

I have used Raymark three times now and have been so happy with their services. The latest call necessitated all new piping and enlarging the water line to the house. We were also having basement water leakage. Ty assessed the leakage situation and contacted me personally to explain that the water mitigation was better served with a professional waterproofer rather than by a plumber. He suggested a respected waterproofer and saved us! He went beyond and above to make sure we had the proper work done and was looking out for us and our expenses. Our technician PJ was very professional and polite. They found and solved my problem with minimal impact to the area. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again if we have problems.

These guys are real nice people who were recommended to me by a friend. First they installed an American Standard heat pump in my condo in Kirkland and I was truly happy with their work. They did a quality installation and their price was the lowest. Then I asked them to install a heat pump in my home in Bellevue and again, they did a very nice installation. I am pleased with their professional work and would highly recommend them.
