Best New Sewer Line Installed in Seattle WA
Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

Simon was very good and easy to work with. He was able to give a quote and perform without us being home. He was willing to stop by prior to contracting on a weekend and able to answer technical questions. His bid was competitive and his work was good.

Budget sewer did an excellent job for us. They have all the necessary equipment, experience and ability to take on the work. They work quickly and efficiently, almost making it look too easy. The City inspection was passed with no problems. The damage to the driveway, the deck and the shrubbery was minimal, saving me thousands in repairs. A competitor head wanted to tear up everything but Budget Sewer did minimal damage at a lower cost!

Brian was creative in helping me install new toilet in a small space for guest bathroom. He was super professional and informative through the whole process. The toilet I picked out was on back order for 6 weeks, but when he came he had everything done in half a day! Super pleased. And he cleaned up after himself. Recommend.

Evan was amazing. He came over to fix a small leak at my expansion tank for my water heater. He was friendly and made the process very understandable. Will use again and highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!

I hired complete trenchless in Oct to replace a leaking water main connecting water meter from the street to my house, which is about 50 yard long. After talking to several contractors, their price is the best. Initially, I had some hesitation since the company is relatively new. I think previously, the company's name is full bore. Cesar told me that he changed the name because he wasn't in this business for 2 years due to some personal reasons. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a chance.
They arrived on time and the whole job took about 6 hours. It is December now, no leak so far. Today, seattle has the coldest weather, and the waterline wasn't frozen. Now, I feel more comfortable to write a review as I want to see if their work can endure the test of time.
Overall, I am happy with their work. The only downside is it is a bit difficult to communicate with the workers during the day of the work. Cesar told me he would ensure at least one of the crew speaks English, but in reality, very limited. It is not a big concern to me since the work is solid.
In the end, I also got my paid invoice so I can be reimbursed from the utility company due to the leak.
Few things I learned along the way if you have a water main leak:
1. If it can be done trenchlessly ( drilled ), don't do it with manual digging. Trenchless is always cheaper and better.
2. Hire drilling contractors directly. Hiring someone that will subcontract the job will always cost you more.

I decided to join in with a next door neighbor to have my sewer lines replaced. Said neighbor had a broken side sewer next to my side sewer. After various issues over the years I figured one giant sewer replacement project was the way to go rather than waiting for another (bigger) issue with these very old pipes. The crew was terrific: methodical, attention to detail and planning. When job completed all put back like nothing had happened out in the yard. Kudos to those guys!!!!

Sam Schwab and his partner did a great job. Really listened to my ideas and did the best they could with what was in front of them, which was challenging. They are very knowledgeable and skilled. They took their time but worked hard until it was done well. They never offered to do something they couldn’t and were clear about what they could get done. They communicated often and kept me informed. They also gave ideas about how to move forward with other things in the future. They kept the work neat and cleaned up afterwards. We always wish it was more affordable but we understand these things take money, they have to be paid a fair wage and the company has to make money. All in all it was great service at a market price. Thanks Sam and co.!!
