Emerald city sewer was great! They identified the issue, did not try to oversell me, were super friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I feel well taken care of as a client...I put their number on my fridge for the future!

We had a clogged sink and garbage disposal that regular maintenance couldn’t fix. Pioneer Plumbing sent Carl to us and he did an awesome job! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we couldn’t believe how fast he fixed it! Would definitely recommend Carl to anyone.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Called them after my original plumber fell through. They were able to come out same-day for a ~3 hr job and charged 1/3rd less than the other plumbers I had tried to use. Quick, professional straight-shooters, will call them first the next time I have a plumbing issue!

Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!

Great plumbing work, Terrible customer service. Workers did a fabulous job. They do not return emails or phone calls. Work was completed 2 months ago and they still have not gotten back to me on an inspection. I don't even see they got a permit with the city. Very disappointed. My driveway is still torn up.

They were great through our sizing issue! Our dishwasher was too big for the hole so we had to reschedule them after the mods. They were patient with me, happy I went with them.

I had an initial electrician come out to review the work that needed to be done - he was very professional and on time. Then the service technicians came out a few days later to do the work. Every person was pleasant, professional, on time and did a great job. They give you a fair and accurate price before doing the work. I highly recommend this group for any electrical needs.

I had Ben over to my house this afternoon for a 2-5 appointment. When I showered, it seemed like everything started backing up.Ben was so great! He stayed until the job was totally resolved.
