We hired HD to help with some clogging/backflow issues with our sewer/drain line The front office was very helpful, informative, and friendly with Q&A and getting us scheduled at a convenient time Jerry (lead) and Nick (apprentice) showed up a few minutes early (!!) for a start of day appointment and were very considerate and patient with our questions throughout the process. They were also very transparent on what we could do on our own if we wanted to save some money for ongoing maintenance (or they also offered related services if we were interested). All in all, they were able to get our issue fixed, educate us on next steps for maintenance and come in UNDER estimate, not charging us for unique equipment they didn't end up using (even after they had it special delivered to our house).

All in all, the team was great an be will be getting plenty by of our (and our friends'/neighbor's) business in the future!

Sean is an amazing plumber. I had a major leak in my dishwasher/garbage disposal hookup after a big box dishwasher installation. This made it impossible for me to use my kitchen sink. Sean was in the neighborhood and he stopped at my house within an hour to take a look at the problem. Sean has a lot of experience and he knew exactly what to do within minutes of looking at everything. He had the parts on hand to fix the issue and fixed the entire problem very quickly and at a great price. Everything is now working perfectly. He’s a super nice guy on top of being a great plumber. I definitely recommend Sean to anyone in need of a plumber!

These guys are great!
Everything went smoothly and without incident. They were high in the integrity department and had great communication. They took care around my neighbors property and my garden.
They answered all questions and were friendly and personable and very professional.
I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing projects and I don't have to worry about the sewer because they replaced the 100 year old pipe and lined the part under the sidewalk.
It was a great experience. These guys are top notch.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
