Brian was awesome! He got back to me right away when my water heater started leaking. He replaced it and all of the venting two days later (which ended up being on the weekend). After a bad experience last time with a different plumbing company, Pinky Plumbing, looking at you: This was a breath of fresh air. Super professional folks - Ryan and Curtis were amazing, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, scheduled it really quickly and had it replaced. Would not hesitate to ever use them if any plumbing needs came along in the future. Highly recommend.

Called to have a toilet replaced at one of my businesses. The guy who helped me was friendly, but misquoted the cost. Initial cost was $700, then he called back to say it was closer to $900, then I get an email from someone else, Greta, saying the cost is now $1100 without tax. No explanation. When I initially called, they booked an appt for me the next day. They didn’t show up so I call them to check on the status. The lady who answered was extremely rude and said she thought my appt wasn’t until Monday. I tried explaining to her that my appt was for today, but she cut me off before I could explain. No apology, nothing. Just rude attitude. I cancelled the appt and she said “good!” So much for customer service! Never using this place.

I contacted Jacob about installing a reverse osmosis filtering system under the kitchen sink. He was very responsive, spent time with me on the phone & text advising about what system to get. He arrived on time, finished the work in the estimated 2 hours. Was very prompt, professional, and pleasant to deal with. I will certainly reach out to him again when I need plumbing done!

I have used bee’s plumbing twice now and they have been great to work with. They were able to get someone out to me quickly. The first time they replaced the piping to the hose on the front of the house. They worked quickly and professionally and did an amazing job. The second time we had a burst pipe from freezing temps and they got out quickly to repair it. Communication was great and they stand behind their work. I’ll be calling them for any of my future plumbing needs for sure.

Water main leak at a rental house. Tenant had a big company come out. They quoted 2100. I called Hans' Plumbing and they said they could come out the next day. They took care of it and the cost was 25% of the quote from the big company. Not 25% less. 25%. It's not just the price. It's the trust. They've done lots of work for me over the last 15 years. It is so nice to have a plumbing contractor that can 1) take care of things and 2) I know they're honest and not opportunistic.
