Best General Electric Installation in Seattle WA

I came home to a leaking water heater. Called two other service providers that did not want to offer after hours service. Then I called Beacon. The scheduler was super friendly. A technician called me within 20 minutes (this was at 6 p.m.) and by 8 p.m. I had a brand new water heater installed and ready to go. Thank you to Robert & Jason for providing fantastic off hours service. And I wasn't charged an arm and a leg for it!

Both Austin and Andrew were great . Friendly and professional. No high pressure to get work done . Able to get leak done same day . Definitely use again.

We hired O'Neill to repipe the majority of our house. We chose them because of extra attention to details during their initial visit. The crew was on time, very friendly, and happy to answer questions we had along the way. They did a great job with the work, and we are very happy with the outcome.

Hired then to replace a bathroom exhaust fan and repair leaking sink. Fixed the sink perfectly, but installed the fan incorrectly and covered the exhaust fan of the heater so it broke after 1 day. Also didn't do a great job of the patch work so it is uneven which you can see in the picture. Rather then pay again to come back in just going to do it myself. They did give partial refund though.

Monty and Garrett were professional, easy to talk to, able to explain things efficiently. I didn’t feel pressured or untrusting of the advice. They were able to resolve my issue.

Joey came fully prepared and provided A 1 service and attention to detail. I needed a plumber same day to prepare a water valve for our new fridge. Joey was very detailed even double checking if our new refrigerator needed a different kind of water line hookup. He caught that it did before completing the new Valve unit. Most plumbers wouldn't have even thought to check out what the new appliance required. It's not technically their job to know especially since we purchased the fridge from Home Depot.This to me is was him providing top tier service and going above and beyond. He was quick and efficient.We'd recommend this company over the ones you see on TV anyway.Thanks!

SeaTown to the RESCUE!!! working from home is challenging if you’re constantly loosing power. Called SeaTown at 9am and had a tech out by 11am. Hurt Hodge was very informative and thorough. He Had my issue taken care within minutes.
